Nothing, the rate 4 star I don't know how they get breakfast just one plate and the coffee area so dirty. Staff also lazy for my 18 pax group.. Only spacious room can consider as 4 star

Despite "not the best" experience at the Wismar LoveBird hotel in Wonosobo last month, I decided to give them a "second chance" with another visit this week.
Despite my last review, nothing has changed!!
Still no toilet paper in the rooms and any changes to reservations on Booking,com are still being ignored by the hotel - even attempts to telephone/text direct to the hotel failed to get any response!
Customer service at reception is "non existent". A young boy finally "checked me in" but seemed to have problems understanding his own Indonesian language on Google Translate!!
In the end I gave up trying to extend my stay by 1 day.
This hotel provides LESS than basic room requirements with not even a mirror provided in the bathroom!! Only mirror is in the sleeping area which makes having a shave in the mornings "interesting" with much walking to and from the bathroom and no privacy!!!
I'm sure if the hotel could get away with providing mattresses only on the floor instead of beds they would try it!!! Bathroom devoid of any shampoo etc and the frayed towels had, seen better days!
Not even a bedside table or reading light provided despite there being plenty of room!!
Once again, breakfast not "DELIVERED" to room but left "OUTSIDE" for 2 hours which I noticed when I woke up and looked into the corridor! The uncovered food was left on the table in the corridor for the numerous insects to try the same "cold piece of chicken and rice" which is all that's offered. Tea & coffee available after a 5 minute trek each way to the reception area!
The only plug socket in the room had come away from the wall with wiring visible -dangerous if children are staying!
I had booked (& unfortunately paid!) in advance - all their bookings are "non refundable" so no chance to cancel once you've experienced 1 night here!!

Close to main road to Central Wonosobo - local supermarkets just 300 metres away and "Bolo Pandawa" just 10 minutes drive away should you require any alcoholic refreshments. Staff friendly and eagerly helpful in meeting guests wishes! Rooms simple and comfortable and the balcony area with table and chair very welcome during the evenings as it, starts, to get cooler!
Unusually, no toilet paper provided in ANY rooms!!!! Had to request from staff. Bottled water provided each day but as there was no fridge in the room seems little pointless with temperatures of 30° during the day made the water "very warm"!! TV in the, room virtually useless with only 2 channels possible!!! So old the no HDMI connection to connect phone to TV! Breakfast of rice and 1 piece of chicken with some "seaweed" thrown in for good measure needs improvement!! Same very day - no choice whatsoever!! Food just left on the table outside at 0730 with a, "knock on the window"!!! If you don't get up until later, food just sitting on balcony, cold and no doubt had many flies enjoying the breakfast too!!! Most mornings breakfast just thrown in the bin!!! No coffee or tea, available in room - involved a walk to the "hot water" dispenser downstairs if you wanted a hot drink in the mornings! Laundry service unavailable - contrary to info on Booking.com...... A lot of small details to attend to - staff did their best to help but in general, the Wismar LoveBird just a useful overnight stop with a car park the only redeeming feature!
Good location and breakfast service at the room was nice. Lovely people who work there, they couldn’t get a scooter anymore when i asked late in the evening so the owner let me rent his own scooter. Also gave us recommends for good places to visit.
Could maybe provide a shower puller to make the floor more dry after showering.
wee booked 5 rooms, 2 rooms have problem with the leaking sink. We have asked for service but they did not do it. Very disappointed. Other than that, overall was ok.

My booked twin room was not available even though it is confirmed on booking.. i need to add IDR 50,000 to get the room I want.. they said the type of room that I booked is on second flloor and already sold out.. the available one is on the ground floor/first floor and I meed to add idr 50,000
Check-in was friendly and efficient. Drinking water is provided and breakfast was served to your room. The room is very spacious and clean, and the water pressure of the shower was really strong. It's also close to the main road with regular public transport to Wonosobo and Dieng. I think this is the best value option in the area.
Guests are allowed to smoke along the outdoor corridor just outside the rooms, so the odour seeps into the room and there's no way to circulate the air. There's a call to prayer from a mosque nearby, so it's important to use ear plugs to sleep well. The spoon they gave me for breakfast was visibly unwashed and dirty.
In the morning, the water is not working. Even to flush tbe toilet, they don't have the water. Basic need for Hotel is water. I check out the hotel without taking a shower.
Great value for money, comfortable bed and the staff were very helpful and nice.
The mosque is SO loud, giant speakers right outside. Also, there is no option for western breakfast e.g omelette/fruit. Only chicken and rice.
