Gute, klassische Unterkunft an der Weinstraße.
Pros:

Besonders hervorzuheben: Das Personal war durchgängig sehr gastfreundlich und hochprofessionell.
Das Zimmer war komplett ruhig, obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt. Die traditionelle Einrichtung des Zimmers passte zur historischen Atmosphäre des Ortes.

Cons:

Die Dusche im Zimmer war altmodisch - Dusche in Badewanne. Das Frühstück war gut, aber ein wenig überteuert.

Comfortable hotel for a short stay in Kallstadt
Pros:

We liked the room, the breakfast, and most staff at Henninger were nice.
The food and wine were good.
Mineral water is available in the room ( a fridge would have been nice).
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

We didn't like that the shower was blocked with hair. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.
Although it was not a big issue for us, it is worth highlighting that parking is not at the door and there is no lift. Hence, the hotel is unlikely to be suitable for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Big room, plenty of hanging space, wonderful breakfast, lovely terrace, nice staff, quite (our room faced the road but was on the third floor, we hardly heard a thing)

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, but it would be a problem getting to Kallstadt coming by train. Only suggestion: It would nice to have access to a wine fridge, in case one would like to share another drink ...
