Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı.Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi

Cons:

Konakladığım oda pek temiz değildi. Çarşaflar yırtık, lekeli, halıda da kocaman lekeler vardı ve birçok yer çok tozluydu.

الموقع فقط بجانب مول صغير جدا.

تعامل الموظفين مع اي مشكله وعدم التفاعل حيث طلبت وجبه عشاء واخبروني انها ستصل بعد 20 دقيقة وبعد انتظار ساعة تواصلت معهم ويقول لي موظف الإستقبال لقد اغلقنا انها المره الأولى الذي يحدث لي ذلك ًويقول لي ماذا افعل وعند المغادرة في اليوم التالي اخبرت موظف الإستقبال ولك يبدي اي تفاعل سأخبر المدير 👎🏻

Moderne, vue sur la ville le château ect…depuis les étages supérieurs,
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

5 étoiles bof bof, l’entrée extérieur de l’hôtel est un parking, chambres mal insonorisés, petites chambres uniquement avec lit double, matériaux de mauvaise qualité, cuvette toilette cassée, robinet lavabo branlant ect…
Sale du petit déjeuner minuscule pour le nombre de chambres

Die Lage das Ambiente sowie die Sauberkeit ist schon lobenswert.

Cons:

Es gibt nur 2 Aufzüge in dem Hotel die zu Stoßzeiten leider sehr viel Zeit beanspruchen, und die Preise sind für so eine Lage einfach zu hoch, dass sind im Verhältnis Großstadt Preise für die Unterkunft.

Konumu ve çalışanları harika. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim

Cons:

Odamız hamam gibiydi klimanın yaz sezonuna geçmediği söylendi :) bu seviyede bir otelde sıcak soğuk klimanın olmaması sezona göre çalışması enteresan ve üzücü oldu. Birde kahvaltı yaptığımız restorandaki koltuklar muhteşem ötesi kirliydi çoğuna oturmak bile imkansızdı.
