Pros:

The lounge/terrace is very nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and let us check-in a bit earlier while we were waiting in the cafe area.

Free drink and beer after check-in. There's also various kinds of tea and popcorn at night. Guests only have to pay 600yen for the hot spring (Tonbo no yu) nearby. Free shuttle in the Hoshino area.

Cons:

A bigger trash can in the room would be great.

Cozy and clean stay in Karuizawa
Pros:

Quite and cozy resort :-) it’s good for family trip with kids. We enjoyed the loft room. It is small but has everything we need.

軽井沢をいろんな意味で味わう旅
Pros:

朝食のパンがおいしい　
入り口にカートがあって部屋の往復で荷物を運ぶのが楽でした

Cons:

畳でスリッパを履かなければならないのは残念です
机が使いにくい
コンセントがあってほしい場所にある
冷蔵庫の温度調節があればもう少し冷やせたと思うものがあった

清潔で、エントランスなど広々してよかった。スタッフも、かんじよかった。

Cons:

部屋の中二階の、階段で2回も頭をぶつけてコブができた。上がるときの所にもっとわかりやすく注意書きが欲しい。クッションになるものでも、貼って欲しい。
部屋に、お茶、ティーバッグなど少しおいておいて欲しい。浴室にシャワーキャップが欲しい。

部屋が狭いです
Pros:

ロケーションは良かったです。

Cons:

部屋はとても不満でした。リビングの天井がとても低く、10回以上頭をぶつけました。またベッドルームの天井も低く、腰を曲げて出入りせざるを得ない、これまでに経験の無い居住空間でした。リピートはありません。
