ホテルだけでなく、その周辺も楽しめた。滞在中に飽きさせない工夫が見られた。どの空間もワクワクできるような作り込み！

Cons:

スタッフのサービスの丁寧度が0か100だった。丁寧に英顔で接客してくれる方もいれば、笑顔0で言葉遣いもお客さんに楽しんで欲しいという気持ちが全く見られない方もいた。ホスピタリティ業界でまた大手ということもあって期待値が高い分残念でした。

搭乘免費巡迴巴士遊覽中輕井澤周邊，也能搭公車到達輕井澤、舊輕井澤，如果能掌握公車時刻，是很方便的住宿。從輕井澤搭計程車要2700日幣（飯店原本告知大約2000已是舊價）。去星野泡湯只要600日幣很划算。
