Pros:

The location, staff behaviour and 15 minutes complimentary spa everything was very good and admirable. The hotel owner Mr. Ram Kumar Puri served me directly. Helped me to fix the day plan and many more beyond his regualar work.


Honestly i must say, try this hotel without any hesitation.

And surely next time i will visit this hotel with my family and whenever a group from Bangladesh come, i will recommend this hotel

Wonderful Stay!!
Pros:

Our stay was incredible! The room was stylish and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the location was ideal. We especially loved the rooftop spa and the complimentary morning yoga—such a relaxing way to start the day.

Not recommended. You can find better deal around the area.
Pros:

Stayed there for 4 nights. 15 minutes of foot massage and I ordered room service food, that was yummy.

Cons:

Nothing is impressive there. I booked this place because of free yoga class, but I didn’t attend any. Honestly could have stayed better hotel in Thamel for the price I paid here. Breakfast is way below average, staffs are not always friendly. Just fake trying to be nice but I constantly felt they are annoyed by guests kind of feeling. Last disappointing thing is security/concierge person opens door for me many times when it’s not really necessary but when I check out I needed help with my big luggage to put it in the taxi, but no one helped lol. Concierge person and everyone at the receptionist saw me struggle with my big luggage and backpack and everything when I check out.
