Hope Nepal is getting better and better!
Pros:

There’s a lift. Very convenient with big suitcase. Breakfast has 5 options to choose from. Staff are friendly. Location is great!

Cons:

Room could be cleaner, especially towels can be replaced with new ones. Therefore I didn’t shower because I forgot to bring my own ones.

Pros:

Everything was perfect!
The staff is so friendly and nice, always smiling and willing to help. All of them are great !
The room and the public areas were always clean. The breakfast and the overall dinner options are delicious, very well-cooked.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but it can be noisy outside (it’s close to a few nightclubs).

The hotel has a good location close to restaurants, shops and sightseeing places. The staff is very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms look old, dark and the hot water was not running well. The breakfast was a disappointment - one needs to order from a set menu, wait for quite a long time to get a poor quality of food.

Peaceful stay
Pros:

It is a stylish boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Really friendly and helpful people here. Kudos to the entire team! In addition, they have many vegetarian meal options that I loved.

Clean, comfortable hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

I booked 1 night but ended up staying for 6 nights because the capital Boutique was perfect for my needs and budget. The room was clean, comfortable, hot water, a/c and heater. Breakfast was delicious. Most important, all the staff were friendly, lovely, helpful, and kind. In particular reception Anupama panta, Mr. Devendra Adhikari, and Sangam Khadka, as well as the cook were so nice and accommodating. I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a frequent traveler and I’d recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Pros:

Big room , we had the suite, smallish bathroom. In a quiet but central location. Decent enough breakfast and very cheerful and helpful staff . Great laundry service .
