Clean, comfortable hotel, friendly staff
Pros:

I booked 1 night but ended up staying for 6 nights because the capital Boutique was perfect for my needs and budget. The room was clean, comfortable, hot water, a/c and heater. Breakfast was delicious. Most important, all the staff were friendly, lovely, helpful, and kind. In particular reception Anupama panta, Mr. Devendra Adhikari, and Sangam Khadka, as well as the cook were so nice and accommodating. I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a frequent traveler and I’d recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Pros:

Big room , we had the suite, smallish bathroom. In a quiet but central location. Decent enough breakfast and very cheerful and helpful staff . Great laundry service .

Wonderful hotel with friendly staffs.
Pros:

I really liked how friendly the staff were, and also the rooms were very clean and organised. Also, the location is perfect to experience Thamel and other tourist areas, like the Kathmandu Durbar Square and etc.

Was Okay, can be considered for bachelory. For family especially with old age parents is inconvenien
Pros:

Faciliy is good but commute to facility is a pain especially if you are driving at your own, road can accommodate only one vehicle at one time.
The paid parking US$5/ day was a inconvenient too, cannot be accessed after 10 PM.

Pros:

Good location in Thamel. Great service, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room is quite big, the bed is comfortable. Water bottles are offered. Laundry service was provided and we could leave our bagages while on a 2 day trek.

Cons:

A bit noisy during the night (from the street) and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Pros:

Приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь.
Хорошее расположение почти в центре Тамеля.

Cons:

Отель расположен в очень узком переулке. Окна смотрят в стены соседних домов.
Солнечный свет не попадает в окна вообще.
В комнатах всегда темно. Принудительной вентиляции нет даже в санузле, из-за этого там постоянная сырость и мокрые полы, пятна плесени на стенах и потолке. Также влажно и зябко в комнатах. Постельное белье старое, рыхлое, в прорехах и дырах. Фото прилагаю. Полотенца серые от частых стирок.
Включенный завтрак - НЕ ШВЕДСКИЙ СТОЛ, как в других отелях этой ценовой категории.
Предлагают на выбор один из трех сетов, довольно скудных и безвкусных, с плохим растворимым кофе.
Резюме - отель визуально и на картинках вроде ничего, но в реале все очень плохо.
Правда персонал отличный, старается.
