Чудесно отношение от персонала на хотела. Бяха много мили и услужливи през цялото време. Стаята беше чиста и просторна. Има хладилник с мини бар. Локацията е отлична - в центъра на Казанлък.

Cons:

Двойното легло всъщност е събрано от две единични, което оставя неравност в средата на леглото.

Es moderno y está limpio. Bastante céntrico.

Cons:

Se olvidaron de mandarnos las indicaciones para entrar y al llegar tuvimos que llamar por teléfono, aunque fueron muy amables y nos lo solucionaron rápido. Pero habría supuesto un problema si no hubiésemos hablado inglés.
Por otro lado, una de las dos camas era muy incómoda.
