Great location and excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, 15mins walk from Kaen Nakhon lake lined with temples and also a similar walk to the Pullman hotel area.
Room is large and excellent value for money. Rack rate is 20baht lower than here :)
Only minus for tall people like myself is that the door to the bathroom is too short and a head bump during your stay is inevitable...
Friendly staff and many good restaurants in the vicinity.
Definitely will come back here when I pass through Khon Kaen again!

Pros:

its good location with special rate. I just 1 night stay it's enough. Parking a bit walk from hotel but ok. Room Amenities you need, you can find at lobby and pay.

Cons:

A bit noisy, and bed is uncomfortable. You need to take care yourself for luggage, and parking. They do have parking building just a bit walks from hotel.

มาขอนเเก่นทีไรก็จะเลือกพักที่นี้ตลอด เพราะราคาไม่เเรง ห้องดูดีกว่าราคามาก เหมาะสมสุดๆ กับราคา 490 บาท เเต่ลักษณะห้อง สะอาด กว้างขวาง เเละการบริการ พนักงานพูดเพราะ ยิ้มเเย้มเเจ่มใสดีคะ แมาบ้านก็เป็นมิตร เรียกมาดูห้องมีปัญหาตอนเสียบการ์ด เเม่บ้ายก็รีบมาเลย สรุป..โดยรวมคุณภาพทุกอย่างเกินราคามาก ขอร้องอย่าขึ้นราคานะคะ 😆😅

ฉันชอบที่ห้องพักมีทีวี ตู้เย็น ไดร์เป่าผม เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น เตียงที่นอนสบาย รวมถึงโซฟา ราวพร้อมแท่นวางของ และกระจกที่มีขนาดเกือบเท่าความสูงของฉัน อ้อ...มีเก้าอี้ให้นั่งหน้ากระจก และ โต๊ะไม้ เก้าอี้ไม้ ให้นั่งทำงานได้หน้าทีวีด้วย ทุกเช้าจะมีแม่บ้านเคลื่อนรถเข็น นำผ้าเช็ดตัว 2 ผืน และน้ำ 2 ขวดมาให้ เช้าวันที่ 8 แม่บ้านก็โอเคนะ เช้าวันที่ 9 ฉันตื่นสายจึงเอาป้ายแขวนห้ามรบกวนออกไม่ทัน จึงเปิดประตูในยามสายพบน้ำ 2 ขวดและทิชชู่ 1 ม้วนวางอยู่ใกล้ๆประตู ฉันได้โทรไปตอนบ่ายที่ฟร้อนเพื่อขอเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว2 ผืนตามสิทธิ์ พนง.ชายแจ้งว่าประมาณ 5-10 นาที จะนำขึ้นมาให้ที่ห้อง ฉันรอแล้วรอเล่า ก็ไม่มีใครมาเคาะประตูเพื่อนำผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเปลี่ยนให้ ทั้งๆที่แจ้งเลขห้องและชื่อตนเองอย่างชัดเจน ฉันจึงปล่อยมันผ่านไป เช้าวันที่ 10 11 ได้เจอแม่บ้านที่ดี เธอยิ้มและบริการฉันอย่างจริงใจ และในวันเช็คเอาท์ วันที่ 12 พ.ค.69 เธอกล่าวอวยพรให้ฉันโชคดี พร้อมทั้งยิ้มให้อย่างจริงใจ เช้าวันนั้น ฉันจึงรู้สึกดีตั้งแต่เช้า พลอยให้ฉันจัดการเรื่องทุกอย่างด้วยความใจเย็นและมีสติ ขอบคุณแม่บ้านที่ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของชั้น 6 ท่านนั้นนะคะ

ฉันไม่ชอบเลยที่ชั้นที่ฉันอยู่ มีแขกรายวันเข้าพักทุกวัน ฉันต้องทนฟังเสียงย่ำเท้าดังจากชั้นบน ต้องทนฟังเสียงปิดเปิดประตูดังปั้ง... จากห้องขนาบซ้ายขวา และห้องตรงข้าม รวมถึงเสียงสนทนาตรงทางเดินในยามวิกาล (ตีหนึ่ง ตีสอง) ที่ผู้เช่ารายวันเช่นกันเพิ่งกลับเข้ามาหลังจากออกไปข้างนอก จริงๆแล้วฉันจองต่อ และได้พักรวม 5 คืน เพราะธุระยังดีลไม่เสร็จ ตลอด 5 คืน 6 วัน มันจึงมีทั้งเรื่องที่ดี และไม่ดี

Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit balcon est agréable.
Le lit est grand est confortable.
Le petit frigo dans la chambre est un vrai plus.
Le personnel est vraiment adorable et prêt à aider malgré la barrière de la langue.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de coffre dans les chambre pour les objets précieux.
Le ménage peut être amélioré particulièrement dans les salles de bains (il y avait encore les traces de savon et de dentifrice dans la douche et dans le lavabo)
