Terrible customer service
Pros:

I really wanted to love the holiday but the initial experience totally ruined it.

Cons:

When we arrived we checked in and went to dinner. The reception then called saying we needed to go back. When we got there they demanded that we pay extra for my 2 year old. I explained we had a confirmed booking through booking.com that included both children and I had stated their age on the booking. The staff were rude and condescending, telling us they would lock us out of our room if we didn’t pay! This was at 11pm at night with 2 young children and was very distressing. In the end I called booking.com myself (as they refused to) who told them they had to honour the booking. Reading other reviews I see they have done this with other people too. Subsequently I encountered poor customer service throughout the stay.

Sickness and Diarrhea
Pros:

It was a beautiful location and most of staff very friendly. Rooms are lovely and they are clean.

Cons:

4 out of 7 of us were sick due to the food and alot of undercooked chicken being served.
We only spent 2 evenings as a family in our whole stay as someone was always being sick. We were constantly dismissed by the service manager saying nothing they could do even though there were constant complaints as so many in the hotel having the same thing. It totally spoilt our holiday and meant we could not go anywhere off site to see the local area and we're not confident to eat the food in the hotel. So it was horrendous.

Beautiful and fun hotel for families,
Pros:

This property was amazing for our family. It was very busy but didn’t feel so, the pools were fantastic, at either end of the hotel. Great buffet (probably best buffet restaurant we’ve ever been to), entertainment was fun.

Cons:

There was an issue through booking.com. It’s a month later we’re still waiting for it to be sorted. We booked a room - double bed, single bed and sofa bed. When we arrived, even though there was plenty of space for us all, and at no point is there a stipulation that you pay person, the hotel demanded 900 euros at 1am. The rep helped us and we did check in. I have sent 5 emails to Booking waiting for help and answers.
This is not indicative of the hotel itself it’s a beautiful place for families. Very little English is spoken but it was welcoming and enjoyable after this incident

Pros:

Clean rooms ,aqua park was OK. Some staff were really nice all though there was not enough of them.

Cons:

You que for everything, the bars are well under staffed . While you que for what you've already paided for they save a fortune in not supplying you with the very basics. The food hall is also understaffed and at best very average in quality of food . Once you've though through to get your meal you then have to que for a drink at a understaffed bar ,no table service here at all unless you book one of the restaurants that are very average. I've said at many 5 star Turkish hotels we're the very least I've not had to wait for everything I've already paid for in an all inclusive hotel.

Worth a visit but a week is enough, the all

Lunch was fab, the pool, theme park and water parks were grwat

Cons:

The breakfast and dinner area was extremely busy. It was pritty crazy with ques for anything good. Bar Staff could be quite rude but entertainment team were great. The dinner and dinner meals were almost too much choice but not enough things that were actually nice/good

The all inclusive concept was fun with a lot of activities for kids.

Cons:

Ac of the room was not working, and the rooms are a bit old. Still after talking to the management they arranged a special air cooler in my room which was very helpful

The buffet was fantastic and so many variations also the pattessrie restaurant makes delicious churros!!
So many fun things to do for kids I recommend

Cons:

The glasses in the room weren’t clean also all the kids activities in the resort start the same time and closes at the same time ! After 6 pm there is nothing to do and it gets boring

Bed sheets were always covered in sand after they we’re changing the bed, all the surfaces around pool very unsafe for the kids and very slippery, food quality should be much better, staff on the reception and bell boys very rude and not helpful very difficult to communicate in English, air conditioning in the room 2114 not working and nobody did anything about it, it was absolutely boiling in the room
