Het grootste pluspunt van dit hotel is zonder twijfel het ruime domein. Het terrein is mooi onderhouden, met veel groen, bloemen en palmbomen. Er is voldoende plaats om rustig te wandelen en overal hangt een aangename vakantiesfeer. De tuinmannen doen duidelijk hun werk met veel zorg en houden alles netjes.
Ook de kleine dierentuin is een leuke extra, vooral voor gezinnen met kinderen. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over een groot zandstrand waar je meestal gemakkelijk een plekje kunt vinden.
Het eten is gevarieerd en er is voor iedereen wel iets lekkers te vinden. Het buffet wordt voortdurend aangevuld, waardoor er ook later op de avond nog voldoende keuze is. De warme gerechten blijven goed op temperatuur en daarnaast zijn er verschillende à-la-carterestaurants die voor wat extra afwisseling zorgen.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vooral de dames van Guest Relations verdienen een speciale vermelding: ze zijn altijd behulpzaam, vriendelijk en staan klaar om vragen te beantwoorden of te helpen waar nodig.
Het hotel is ideaal voor gezinnen. De sfeer is rustig en aangenaam, met veel faciliteiten voor kinderen. De avondanimatie past goed binnen het familiale karakter van het hotel. Voor wie toch wat meer entertainment zoekt, is er ook een nachtclub aanwezig.
Als klein aandachtspunt zouden de redders in het aquapark soms iets rustiger en vriendelijker mogen communiceren met de gasten. Uiteraard begrijpen we dat veiligheid hun absolute prioriteit is en dat zij een grote verantwoordelijkheid dragen, maar een zachtere aanpak zou de ervaring nog aangenamer maken.
De animatie is eerder een leuke extra dan een reden om specifiek voor dit hotel te kiezen. Voor een ontspannen gezinsvakantie is ze zeker voldoende, maar wie op zoek is naar zeer professionele en uitgebreide entertainment, houdt daar best rekening mee.
De prijzen voor sommige extra diensten binnen het hotel liggen naar onze mening vrij hoog. Een iets flexibelere prijszetting zou zeker gewaardeerd worden door de gasten.
Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als het management in bepaalde situaties wat meer flexibiliteit en een meer persoonlijke aanpak zou kunnen tonen. Kleine tegemoetkomingen of compromissen zouden de service nog warmer en klantvriendelijker maken.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere Elmira und Vera, die sich beide um alles gekümmert haben.
Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speise, Dessert und Getränke.
Die ganze Hotelanlage war immer sauber und grün.
Entertainer Omar hat jeden Tag gute Stimmung gemacht. Laut meinem Mann ist er der Beste DJ.

Bardzo miła obsługa, w szczególności Elmira, która pomagała w każdej najdrobniejszej sprawie, od rezerwacji a'la carte poprzez kontakt z kierowcą taksówki. Zawsze osiągalna za pośrednictwem WhatsApp. Również kelnerzy troszczą sie o gości, w szczególności z restauracji meksykańskiej.
Na terenie hotelu na zewnątrz odbywają się koncerty/ dyskoteki do północy, przez co jest bardzo głośno w pokojach od strony tegoż miejsca

The room we got was so nice.

I really wanted to love the holiday but the initial experience totally ruined it.
When we arrived we checked in and went to dinner. The reception then called saying we needed to go back. When we got there they demanded that we pay extra for my 2 year old. I explained we had a confirmed booking through booking.com that included both children and I had stated their age on the booking. The staff were rude and condescending, telling us they would lock us out of our room if we didn’t pay! This was at 11pm at night with 2 young children and was very distressing. In the end I called booking.com myself (as they refused to) who told them they had to honour the booking. Reading other reviews I see they have done this with other people too. Subsequently I encountered poor customer service throughout the stay.
It was a beautiful location and most of staff very friendly. Rooms are lovely and they are clean.
4 out of 7 of us were sick due to the food and alot of undercooked chicken being served.
We only spent 2 evenings as a family in our whole stay as someone was always being sick. We were constantly dismissed by the service manager saying nothing they could do even though there were constant complaints as so many in the hotel having the same thing. It totally spoilt our holiday and meant we could not go anywhere off site to see the local area and we're not confident to eat the food in the hotel. So it was horrendous.
This property was amazing for our family. It was very busy but didn’t feel so, the pools were fantastic, at either end of the hotel. Great buffet (probably best buffet restaurant we’ve ever been to), entertainment was fun.
There was an issue through booking.com. It’s a month later we’re still waiting for it to be sorted. We booked a room - double bed, single bed and sofa bed. When we arrived, even though there was plenty of space for us all, and at no point is there a stipulation that you pay person, the hotel demanded 900 euros at 1am. The rep helped us and we did check in. I have sent 5 emails to Booking waiting for help and answers.
This is not indicative of the hotel itself it’s a beautiful place for families. Very little English is spoken but it was welcoming and enjoyable after this incident
Clean rooms ,aqua park was OK. Some staff were really nice all though there was not enough of them.
You que for everything, the bars are well under staffed . While you que for what you've already paided for they save a fortune in not supplying you with the very basics. The food hall is also understaffed and at best very average in quality of food . Once you've though through to get your meal you then have to que for a drink at a understaffed bar ,no table service here at all unless you book one of the restaurants that are very average. I've said at many 5 star Turkish hotels we're the very least I've not had to wait for everything I've already paid for in an all inclusive hotel.

The breakfast and dinner area was extremely busy. It was pritty crazy with ques for anything good. Bar Staff could be quite rude but entertainment team were great. The dinner and dinner meals were almost too much choice but not enough things that were actually nice/good
