Close to a lot of good places to shop, good if you won’t spend much time at the hotel

Cons:

Room was not very clean (there were little cockroaches in the floor) and the bathtub was so difficult to drain. Building needs renewal. I found what it looked like a nail between the bedsheets and it definitely wasn’t mine…
The person who checked us in gave me wrong room (we pay for a room with 2 beds and received a room with 1 bed) and at the moment I asked her to give us the right room she was very rude and gave a terrible customer service. At the end I received the room I paid for but with a terrible attitude from the person in the front desk.

Excellent hôtel pour séjourner à proximité des parcs Disney et Universal pour un prix imbattable et dans le confort !
Il y a de nombreux restaurants, fast-food, magasins à proximités
Très propre. Climatisation efficace.
On a pas testé le petit dej, on a préféré le Dunkin Donnuts à côté oups, mais le petit dej compris est suffisant

Corta pero agradable estancia en Kissimmee.
Pros:

Desayuno continental normal de acuerdo a lo ofrecido. La limpieza muy buena, es día de por medio, a diferencia de otros hoteles en la zona. Definitivamente la atención del personal es lo que marca la diferencia, muy dispuestos a colaborar y la amabilidad es su foco. La ubicación es muy buena al quedar sobre la avenida principal de Kissimmee y a unos metros del paradero de bus.

Cons:

El cuarto mantenía humedad, creo que puede estar relacionado con el aire acondicionado, pero no es normal encontrar gotas de agua en las paredes.
