Disappointing
Pros:

Quite place

Cons:

Far from the city center. Lobby didnt have lights was so dark when we came back to the hotel late. The hallway was so dark. The staff gave us a hard time because we have to cut short our stay due to an emergency. Hotel was trying to charge us the whole reservation days, but eventually gave in to our demand.

Great Place to Stay within downtown area
Pros:

The staff are great in each service they’ve been assigned and always willing to help even you didn’t ask of it yet. The place is clean, comfortable enough that I wouldn’t worry about bugs just like other hotel that I’ve been in Koronadal. Great location near to everything.

Cons:

The neighborhood dogs outside the property. As soon as you go out you’ve been greeted by a group of dogs roaming around the street, seems like they’re harmless but I have a phobia so I just run inside the building as soon as I arrive doing errands and/or just wait for the tricycle near the exit door whenever I go out.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, budget-friendly.
Pros:

The room is very clean and spacious. Complete set of toiletries. Approachable staffs. Very accessible to public transportation.

Cons:

The cut-off time of ordering food to be delivered to the room is quite early. Few meals on the menu is not also available.

Pros:

It was very close to the people I was visiting and a short walk from the city centre. .

Cons:

The AC in the room was very loud and I had to turn it off on order to sleep but then I had turn it on again as it was so hot!
Also the location on Google maps was not accurate and I got lost returning to the hotel.
