Proprietario super gentile. Pur potendo tenere i soldi dell'intera prenotazione ha trattenuto solo quelli della prima notte in quanto ha capito subito che la struttura non era adatta a noi (spiego sotto il perché).
Visto il prezzo, ok per giovani ragazzi... Ma c'è di meglio.

A well-curated stay - unique for the island.
Rooms are clean and quiet with an edgy flair.
Por (the proprietor) is charming and attentive.
The bar/lounge/billiards area is great for a chill (Por is also the bartender).

The Shadow was a gorgeous accommodation to stay in. The rooms were very comfortable and as an added bonus each had your very own hammock outside. It was the best place to sit back and relax and have some drinks at the bar too. The host, Paul, was really friendly and attentive. He made you feel very comfortable in the Shadow. Really close to some really nice restaurants and the beach.

One of the best and cleanest accommodation in the island. Paul is great and did the maximum to dulcify our stay. His terrace at the bar is amazing!

Its less warm bc of the shadow, the owner is super nice and chilled and its a very clean and nice room!

Por (the owner) loves his place and his job. This place is very special :)

Probably one of the best places I have stayed in Thailand. Por who owns The Shadow really made our stay amazing! Lovely chilled friendly vibe. Super quiet and waking up to some jungle like sounds was wonderful. So comfy and best sleep I've had in Thailand!!
Near the best beach!! Phayam is magical.

The owner is such a great guy who gave us some great tips for our stay ! Really lovely ambiance !

The Host is incredibly welcoming and so forthcoming. He immediately made us feel at home.
Whenever we had a question or needed something he would not only give great advice but would go out of his way in order to help. The rooms are small but cozy and throughout the day one can hang out on the terrace with some of the other guests. There is a beautiful beach nearby. We are so happy that we found this place and seriously recommend coming here!

Lovely bungalows in the jungle, you can hear all the jungle sounds at night which felt pretty magical. Super clean and cosy.

Paul (owner) is an absolute gem, very kind and helpful. Made my stay even better!

everything is lovely. we enjoyed every single details of the place. Por is best host i’ve met, he is great cook and bartender!

now Por and me became more than friends. and i’m looking forward to meet him at the Shadow next dry season!

The owner is honest and friendly　
The room is quiet and clean　
The bed has a mosquito net so I was able to sleep well.
After the sunset, the cafe bar opens and you can have a good time.
Koh Phayam is a wonderful place

Por the host is very friendly, kind and helpful. the place he created is unique, good to rest an have s nice Drink after exploring the Island. Rooms are simple but well equiped and comfortable. Everything you Need is close. beautiful Buffalo Beach 10 Min. walking distance. Shop and Restaurants 5Min. We highly recomand staying in the shadow with Por.

Very friendly and great hospitality. The place is in the jungle, good atmosphere, good breath. Further more good drinks, cocktails, relax musics. Clean room and can enjoin sound of the nature. We feel like a real relax at the shadow. Por (the owner) give us a lot of advice and information about Phayam. 100% we will comeback to this place. Recommend this place
