Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing at all like able.
No table at breakfast, many tables full of uncleared dirty plates, disma atmosphere to restaurant and food poor.
Bed old and sunk in the middle.
Security locking on door partially missing
Balcony overlooking dirty roofs despute supposedly being a pool/ lake view. Could barely see pool and lake was not in view
Swimming pool dangerous, tiles on the bottom broken and missing, sign up under maintenance yet no maintenence taking place. One broken sun lounger only. No pool lounge as advertised. Bar is a dark depressive room with ultra violet lighting, full of males only. We left the hotel after one night as experience was absolutely dire. Hotel refused to give a full refund.
Would strobgly jadvise you swerve this hotel!

The stay, food and facilities were all meeting expectations

Cons:

The bathroom smelled of cigarettes and we found empty alcohol bottles in the bathroom cupboards, showing the housekeeping needs to be more attentive.

It was peaceful atmosphere, they should try to provide facilities that are worth the money charge.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort und waren zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfbereit. Konnten von dort auch eine Backwater Tour mieten.

This has been the worst and most unsafe hotel experience of my life. From being tricked at check-in, to filthy and broken rooms, and finally a terrifying break-in, this resort has proven it does not care about its guests.

1. Room bait-and-switch:
When we first visited, the hotel showed us Room 103. After payment, they suddenly gave us Room 206, which was filthy, dirty, and completely unacceptable. Only after arguing did they move us back to Room 103 — still not very clean, but slightly better.

2. Maintenance failure:
Room 103 had a serious water issue — the shower drain was blocked, flooding the entire bathroom every time it was used. Basic maintenance is clearly ignored.

3. Safety nightmare:
At 12:20 AM, someone broke into our room by smashing the lock while we were inside. We were terrified, unable to sleep, and felt completely unsafe. The lock was visibly broken (photo attached). The person who broke into the room entered harshly saw that two people were in the room and left then he rang the bell after we secured the other door lock as the first was broken by him all of this at 12:20 AM. Turned out he is a staff from the hotel.

4. Management’s disgraceful response:
At reception, the lady called the general manager and handed us the phone. We explained the situation and demanded proper compensation — not just for money, but for the mental stress, loss of safety, and trauma we experienced. Shockingly, the GM first offered a complimentary lunch — as if that fixes a night of fear. After pushing further, he agreed only to refund ₹3,820 ($43 USD) for the previous dinner and room. And then, instead of taking responsibility, he mentioned that they want us to sign, agreeing not to complain further if we accepted that small refund after handing it.
