Ajay at the counter was very helpful

Cons:

Facilities in rooms are run down. Flooring, walls etc coming apart. Needs a refurb

Cons:

Booked a stay way before and on the day of booking they told us no rooms available due to some technical issue. Some AC repair is going on so can't offer a room. I booked a convenient room for me according to my plans in the middle city and I face with a lot of uncertainty. Never gonna come back to this hotel in my life time. A heads up to everyone, this hotel is not reliable.
