Pros:

whenever I used to visit Courtrallam I stayed at this property... almost I have stayed 4 times at this property..it was such a good ambiance and pleasant atmosphere to stay in. just within walkable distance of Five Falls which is more advantage to staying here.. it's perfectly suited for families and the demand for their rooms will be too high since it has limited rooms overall Another advantage of staying here is you won't be troubled by your roommates.

Cons:

Property should look for a restaurant in future which will be more impressive than now... rest all are fine than expected.

It scored well in terms of cleanliness and closeness to the water falls.
Pros:

The best thing about the resort is its proximity to the Falls which is just a few minutes of walk away. The staff was friendly and supportive.

Cons:

The resort doesn't offer breakfast as it has no canteen. A complimentary breakfast will be welcome given the remote location of the resort from the centre of town.
