Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Food choices are good. Especially for many who do not appreciate oily food in the morning. The scrambled eggs and toast works out great. Would have been better if the food was kept hot rather than just slightly warm.
We requested ground floor rooms, the room has a lovely terrace, would have been great if there are couple of chairs to sit to enjoy the fresh air. Outside, there is an open terrace, but there were people sitting out there enjoying their cigarette.

Pros:

The hotel was great! Even though it's located quite high up in the highlands, small cars like Axia can still reach it. The hotel has lots of parking spaces and it has a restaurant too which was very convenient.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with all the necessities — iron, ironing board, prayer mat, kettle, tea, and everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. They also provided complimentary breakfast which was nice. One thing I definitely appreciate was the view. I booked a room with the mountain view and it was definitely worth it. When I opened the curtains in the morning, Gunung Kinabalu was there standing proudly right in front of me. It was a magnificent sight!

As for the staffs, they were all very kind and hospitable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here. Definitely recommended!

A memorable stay made special just because of the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu.
Pros:

The water pressure was excellent, and the highlight of our stay was the priceless view of Mount Kinabalu from the room. Waking up to such a breathtaking view made the experience truly special. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. Please note that rooms on the second floor are accessible by stairs only, so guests will need to carry their own luggage.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was more limited than expected. The pillow was quite thin and not very fluffy. During our stay, there was nearby construction, which affected the daytime experience. Parking was also a bit confusing; when the area near the lobby and restaurant was full, we were asked to park elsewhere, but there were no clear signs indicating where the alternative parking was located. Additionally, the ironing board provided was a mini version and could not stand properly, which made it inconvenient to use.
