Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la habitación es cómoda, el hotel está muy limpio, el servicio de desayuno está bien para el precio y la ubicación te permite llegar a los principales puntos de la ciudad

a short city and nature visit, a good location
Pros:

excellent location in historic downtown, VERY friendly and helpful staff. Room size normal, bathroom also big enough. It would also have been quiet, had it not been the seagull nesting season. I booked an astronomy tour, they can pick you up here or you can walk to the office. Also the beach is not too far (30 minutes on foot).

Cons:

noisy seagulls (las gavietas) :) But again, it's not the hotel's fault.

Mala experiencia
Pros:

Lo Único que rescato es que esta en una ubicación céntrica donde puedes llegar a todos lados caminando.

Cons:

Las instalaciones no son como muestran, deberían ser más detallados en fotos y explicación, me dieron una habitación donde se escucha mucha bulla desde afuera, no tenía aire acondicionado o siquiera ventilador. No colocaron toallas ni amenities en el baño. Decía un papel que entrarían a hacer aseo, pues nunca fueron a asear las habitaciones. Luego Me querían dar un habitación qué no tiene ni siquiera ventana, como es posible? El Desayuno te dicen a una hora y tiene otro horario. Muy mala experiencia en el lugar y lamentablemente no lo recomiendo.

Una grata estadía espero volver y quedarme ahí de nuevo...muy especial.
Pros:

El personal muy amable.
Muy buen desayuno
Muy cerca de donde debía trabajar.
Fácil acceso.
Se valora la preocupación de todo el hotel por dar el mejor servicio.

Cons:

Quizás que tuviera menú de comida debido a que tuve que buscar lugares tarde para poder comer cerca.

Great place to stay in La Serena
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the beds were confortable. I liked a lot the water pressure from the shower.

Cons:

There are no elevators, so if you are coming with a very heavy luggage, be prepared to go up on staircases.

Excelente
Pros:

La atención de todas las niñas que trabajan en recepción, nada que decir, muy amables, atentas, agradables y ante cualquier duda que yo tenia me las aclaraban muy bien, el desayuno esta bien, lo que me gusto era que tenían agua hervida, café y todo eso durante todo el día, al final cuando deje el hotel me regalaron un llavero, encontré un lindo gesto.
