Una estadía agradable en un recinto funcional y céntrico, con detalles por mejorar
Pros:

El hotel destaca por su excelente ubicación en pleno casco histórico, lo que permite recorrer la ciudad con facilidad. La habitación es muy cómoda y cuenta con un escritorio funcional, ideal para quienes necesitamos trabajar con la laptop con total comodidad.
Un aspecto a resaltar es la excelente disposición del personal, siempre atento y amable ante cualquier requerimiento.
En cuanto a la gastronomía, la atención en el restaurante es muy amena y rápida, ofreciendo alternativas de comida variadas y sabrosas. El desayuno es completo y equilibrado, perfecto para el inicio del día. Además, un gran punto a favor es que cuenta con estacionamiento propio, lo cual es un alivio en una zona tan céntrica.

Cons:

El hotel conserva el encanto de su antigüedad y aunque ha sido remodelado, hay detalles que aún delatan el paso del tiempo. En el baño, se percibe que la antigüedad; no obstante, se mantienen en buena calidad y funcionamiento.
Recomendaría poner especial atención es en los textiles: las toallas y la ropa de cama presentan un desgaste evidente por el uso prolongado. Su renovación elevaría considerablemente la experiencia de descanso, acorde al resto de los servicios del hotel.
Finalmente, un punto relevante que parece haberse omitido es la información de seguridad para el pasajero. Existe una falta de orientación clara sobre cómo actuar ante situaciones de emergencia (incendio, sismo u otros). No se debe dar por hecho que el huésped conocerá los protocolos de evacuación o las zonas de seguridad; esta es una debilidad en la gestión del riesgo que el hotel debería corregir a la brevedad.

Cons:

The bathroom shower needs the mould removed from the shower. The handle to the bathroom was loose, we fixed it but needs tightening. Someone could lock themselves inside.

Buen hotel, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. On un desayuno regular.

Habitación 300, espléndida. Muy cómoda y buen tamaño, escritorio excelente y cortesías adecuadas. Baño muy cómodo, limpio y todo funcionando en perfecto estado

El desayuno. Sensación de reciclado en los dulces y el “huevo revuelto” que es como huevo duro molido. En meses anteriores ese huevo era mejor
