Un très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité/prix et très bien situé. La chambre était bien

Cons:

Le bidet était bouché, et c’est assez bruyant (aucune isolation sonore, ni la porte ni les fenêtres)

Lo único bueno es que está a un paso de la Estación Central .

Cons:

Todo lo demás. La habitación sin mesillas, en su dia había un lavabo y están sólo las tuberías. No hay ni un espejo. El baño compartido necesita una buena limpieza y una buena reforma. La ventana no cerraba. Carísimo para la calidad del sitio. Veníamos cansados de pasar el dia en Cinque Terre y sólo fue dormir una noche. No repetiría.

L’emplacement avec accès direct à la gare, et c’est d’ailleurs le seul point positif de cet hôtel.

Cons:

Pas d’ascenseur, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression au 3eme étage, une salle de bain partagée ok mais à minima plusieurs douches et des toilettes séparées pour ne pas bloquer l’accès à l’un ou à l’autre indéfiniment, peu de prises et une seule table de chevet, un lit horrible et pas confortable, des fenêtres simple vitrage sur rue - on entend tout, pas de rideaux occultants, une chambre salle, un rapport qualité prix catastrophique.

La vicinanza alla stazione ed al centro

Cons:

Bagno completamente disastrato doccia non funzionante del tutto, maniglia della porta mancante, pulizia camera vetri e asciugamani completamente da rivedere, una era sicuramente già stata usata. Al mattino seguente abbiamo trovato le formiche sul letto

Excellent location, staff very helping and nice. The room is simple and clean, in line with the price, but well kept. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to La Spezia.

Bonne chambre salle de bain a revoir

La disponibilité du personnel. Leurs réponses à nos besoins.

Cons:

L'état de salubrité de la salle de bain. Le pommeau de douche cassé, la porte de douche cassée. Des traces marrons sur le bidet et la porte de la chambre.
Absence de rideaux.

Pros:

the location is perfect , it is just 30 seconds from train station. The room is terrible , also the bathroom. Bidet was not working and really dirty.

Cons:

there are zero facilities there. bidet was not working, there are people that are screaming all night, it is impossible to sleep there.

Appartamento pulito e di fronte alla stazione. Comodissimo per visitare le 5 terre.
