Pros:

Parte boa é que fica bem em frente a estação de trem la spezia centrale . O dono do hotel é muito prestativo, de boa comunicação

Cons:

Muito sujo, muito. Tinha bitucas de cigarro e muita sujeira atrás da cama. Isso não é um exagero. A janela de vidro quebrada com um filme plástico preto no lugar. O assento sanitário tinha sujeira. O piso do banho nunca viu uma água sanitária ou uma esponja. O wi fi quase não funcionou, exceto quando pedi para reiniciarem o aparelho. As toalhas e lençóis estavam limpos, o resto todo, não. Paguei mesmo valor de estadia em Veneza e aqui é um paraíso.

Se potessi dare meno 10, lo farei .
Quarto piano senza ascensore , puzza di PISCIO nelle narici per tutto il tempo del mio soggiorno , bagno in comune peggio di un bagno pubblico ( giuro )
Hotel estremamente vecchio, sporco; il mio materasso aveva una crepa sul materasso rossa. Non oso immaginare cosa fosse .
Per finire ho avuto una reazione allergica a causa della polvere delle camere in cui ho soggiornato. TERRIBILE ! Avrò gli incubi per un bel po .

Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile, buona posizione.

Cons:

Mi dispiace dirlo ma senza aria condizionata era quasi invivibile, la doccia era aperta con una tendina messa lì a caso e usciva tutta l’acqua; la pulizia non era proprio ottima… non c’era né tv né armadietti né nulla…

Solo la posizione rispetto al centro.

Cons:

Non rispondente in alcun modo alle immagini della pubblicità. Sporco e personale poco professionale dato che hanno provato a rifilarci un'altra camera da quella prenotata, poiché al momento di un primo check-in non c' era subito chi aveva fatto la prenotazione.
Una camera sporca che puzzava di RSA (con tutto rispetto per gli anziani, ma veramente faceva impressione). Una camera con un solo letto matrimoniale invece che con un lettino in più per un bambino e oltretutto con bagno condiviso. Quando è arrivato colui che aveva fatto la prenotazione, ha no provato addirittura a contestare che ormai eravamo già entrati e a chiedere soldi in più. Ciliegina , una "fauna" all'interno particolare ..Albergo convenzionato col Sert 😅😂...
