Big lump in bed like the spring had broken and one morning shower far too hot and couldn't turn down

The location was very handy for the city center and good transport links, and a very nice place to eat next door

Cons:

The beds weren't the most comfortable I've ever slept in..I think it was strange that there wasn't anyone there if you needed anything. No one around after 8 pm

I didn’t manage to get apartment after paying for it
Pros:

I didn’t manage to get a apartment after I had a problem with my car on my way from Scotland to Leicester my phone battery was dead as well when I got there 23.05 pm on the 27 August there was noone to help me with checking inn

Cons:

I had to sleep in the car after paid this apartment when I checked with them the next day they told me to get away and I was so devastated

I enjoyed my stay, but the mattress need replacement.
Pros:

The facility is well located and cleaned, well trained staff and good relationships

Cons:

The bedding and curtain is very very poor. The mattress need to be replaced and stained on the curtains, they are not of standard.
