Room potentially hazardous
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, but broken and dangerously sharp shattered tiles in the bathroom. Very little care or any attempt really to make the room look good. Couldn't let my 9 year old have a shower or even go to the toilet without his shoes

Great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location to Abbey Park where we ran the Leicester 10k. Lovely female receptionist who was very welcoming and polite.

Cons:

Narrow windy staircase which my parents found difficult to get up and down

Worst hotel I have stayed at in the UK, even if it is dirt cheap.
Pros:

The lady I spoke to on the front desk was lovely. The bed wasn't "uncomfortable".

Cons:

The room was terrible. The window was broken and didn't close, so I was freezing all night and kept awake by the noisy street outside. The window didn't actually open properly either, because a lampost was blocking it outside. The bathroom smelt of sick. The toiletry shelf above the sink was snapped off. The tap in the bathroom didn't have cold water. The list goes on...

Stayed here a few times, staff are amazing very accommodating, good location.

Cons:

Upgraded to the superior room loved the size and space but the mattress needs changing. Had springs digging in to me all night. I’m quite slender so nothing about weight. First time staying here I have had this issue so don’t let it put you off usually 10/10
