Just the location was good… pathetic services by team

Cons:

The room had big webs around my bed and had black flooring due to layer of dirt i told them twice but the cleaning was not done properly. The food was worse.. I had to eat at some other place due to bad taste. Please change else you will soon have to close this property. My room no. Was 303 second floor

Pros:

The view from the room and proximity to nature made up for the disappointment of not actually getting a cottage accommodation.
The food was good and the staff were prompt and courteous

Cons:

The so called cottage was just a room with a verandah with no separate living room as described on booking.com.The concierge said they only had " cottage rooms" and no actual cottages on the property.He blamed the wrong description on booking.com
The intercom was dead throughout.
