Pros:

Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war 10/10. Sehr tolles Frühstück Buffet. Mit dem gratis Zugang zu Seilbahn, in die Therme und Snowpark wird es einem nicht langweilig. Man kann sehr vieles tun und die Aufenthalt geniessen. Wir werden wiederkommen

Alles in allem sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Grosses Plus freier Eintritt in die Therme und Sportarena.
Pros:

Lovely stay, will actively recommend to friends
Pros:

Lovely views, good quality and spacious room without being fancy, quiet, super clean, and the staff are absolutely lovely. Good breakfast and the cable car/therme access (presuming they’re of interest) are a nice deal.

Cons:

Nothing to speak of; it’s pricey but reasonable for high season in the Alps

Disappointing. Not worth the price we paid.
Pros:

Great help from Sophie at front desk about things to do Plus she drove us up to the Gammi gondola (free use as guest) and the drove us back to the bus station with luggage the next day. Want to say nice things becauae she was so pleasant and kind but there were issues that were not acceptable (see below) . Bonus: Received three hours complimentary hours of public thermal baths plus towels . Good view of mountains. We visited in January but a balcony would be a plus esp if we were there in summer.

Cons:

Far walk from bus station with heavy luggage. On arrival no hand soap in room. And, later saw just a few squares left on toilet roll with no replacement in room and no kleenex in room. Not a cozy room. Felt price of stay did not match the quality of room. Just know the Swiss do not honour double occupancy. We paid almost an extra $80.00 for my son to share the room. Plus a hefty city tax added esp for Canadian travellers @ 1.75 exchange right now

Wonderful, cozy hotel in Leukerbad. Close to everything. Access to the Therme and Gemmi cable car was included in our stay. What a wonderful treat!
