County serviced accommodation

Nimic, pentru ca mi a fost "anulata" rezervarea prin mesaj, in ziua cazarii. Mi am pierdut si banii si cazarea.

The poor hygiene of the environment and facilities. Lack of basic hand soap. The smell of the room. The temperature of the room. The broken blinds. The mattress.

The showers were cold and stayed cold bo matter how long we'd run it, or try jiggle the buttons

We necessarily had to leave and change the structure. It was dirty with a strong toilet odour.

The fact that owner doesn't rent rooms out anymore due to break in issues but is still advertising and charging people.ie me.

Parking was not as expected

There was no key in the lock key box, there was no communication from the owner as to why this was I just got told to sort it with booking.com after travelling very far to get there and then wen we tried to ring the owner they then decided to block my number and scam us

Nothing as it was cancelled by owner last minute and refused to refund

Noisy people next door and lower level

Terrible accommodation, I expected two large beds and not one small and one large, the heating didn't work and we didn't meet any staff

It was cold
The duvets were thin
There were no curtains
There was no heating as it didn't work
The bathroom light was hanging off
The bed sheets were stained
The lamp didn't work
You couldn't fill the kettle in the sink as the sink was too small to fit the kettle under the tap
The carpet was lose on the stairs so a trip hazard
Constant banging of doors and music all night from the room above and a room on the same floor as us
No toilet roll
No hand-wash in the bathrooms

Los baños

The owners of the property were unprofessional with the way they messaged and got in contact with us . The rooms still had rubbish in from previous guests . The walls were like paper , you could hear everything from every other guest . We had guests coming in at all hours of the morning , screaming , banging on the doors , shouting , laughing , just being disrespectful and loud , waking us up multiple times throughout the night . The bathrooms were awful , people leaving faeces in toilets , toilets not flushing properly and 1 toilet roll between something like 9 rooms . It wasn’t a pleasant stay .

Light hanging off in one of the bathrooms with the wires showing which is very dangerous, no water for the kettle, place needs a deep clean
