Wifi didn’t work, horrible for working, for other issues, wouldn’t stay again

Wifi didn’t work, no body wash, iron leaked ooze , wrecked my shirt and caused a fire alarm.

Pros:

It is a small room but it was enough for us. Very close to city centre, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff and parking about a 5 minute walk

Please note our room did not have a window (which is mentioned in the listing)

Good hotel close to station.
Pros:

Food quality was good. Staff were friendly.
Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

No chair in the room. No stairs in hotel as I am nervous using lifts so had to change room
to a lower floor.

Very friendly, informative and helpful staff. Walking distance to all venues that I wanted to visit, very central.

Cost cutting gone too far. Bathrooms are in frosted glass with giant holes for door knobs.
Pros:

The hotel is a 11 minute walk away from the train station so that's not bad.
The staff were really sweet.
Rooms are clean.

Cons:

Cost cutting taken to a privacy invading level.
The bathroom doors are literal glass, frosted glass doesn't do its job properly. This hotel is not for families. Probably for couples married for 10 years or people going alone.
Beds are basically large enough to be called double beds.

Overall, a nice stay at The Z Hotels in Liverpool
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a great location, making it super convenient for getting around and seeing the city.

Cons:

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.
