There was nothing to like at this hotel
I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking the Elisnore Hotel think twice and, based on my experience, avoid this hotel altogether. The condition of the room we were given was extremely poor, unhygienic and, in several respects, unsafe. It was certainly not what I expected after paying for a hotel room and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday.
The issues we experienced included:
Mattress in an unacceptable condition: Springs were protruding from the mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible to sleep properly.
Broken and unsafe beds: The beds were in very poor condition. One of the beds in our room did not even have a leg, leaving the entire bed uneven and unstable.
Strong, unpleasant smell: There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom and throughout the room. It was so unpleasant that we had to keep the windows open just to make the room bearable.
Dirty and worn-out room: The carpet was extremely dirty and threadbare. The walls were visibly soiled, particularly around the corners, giving the entire room an unhygienic and neglected appearance.
Broken furniture: Several pieces of furniture were damaged and appeared to have simply been left in the room rather than properly maintained or replaced.
Hazardous bathroom door: The bathroom door was falling apart and appeared unsafe, creating a genuine hazard for anyone using the bathroom.
Shower flooding: The shower cabin flooded almost immediately after I started showering. This was another clear indication that the room had not been properly maintained.
I reported these issues to reception, including to Gopi, but the response was essentially that they would "raise it in the morning." We were left with no practical alternative and had no choice but to spend the night in a room that was not fit for a comfortable stay.
No
poor, the room is not good
Staff were somewhat professional and good at their job. The bed was comfy and location was excellent.
Overall a hotel that was very good at one time and has fallen apart a bit. In the room was: the floor was uneven and spongy, bathroom drain smelt, toilet roll holder was loose, also breakfast wasnt overly special, could've done with some AC or a fan in the room as no breeze.
It was on the front by the beach
Very unclean, bit rundown, cleaner needs to do a better job
Where it was

Extremely uncomfortable bedding
Breakfast was just some cereal will never stay again very disappointed

The location was perfect
Dirty room. It should have been cleaned more thoroughly and vacuumed everywhere. The bathroom should have been cleaned properly as well. Smells very bad
Nothing it's absolutely disgusting
Everything
The sea view from the room, the location was good for access to the shops and beach.
No hot water for two days, bed springs popping as you move in bed, breakfast was poor, no lift, no fridge, décor looking worn, carpets tatty,
Sea view
Wasn't very clean no wi fi no reception at all TV didn't work & noisy
The walls were filthy, bed was uncomfortable, and the room looked out onto a back alley that had this loud ventilation noise going until 1am. The halls smelled strongly of solvent, like paint thinner or something. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles. The hotel wifi didnt reach my room so I had to use mobile data. In the middle of my stay I was abruptly moved to another (equally dirty) room across the hall so they could do maintenance early in the morning.
Everything is fine
I don't like the fact that the room is extremely hot and no fan was provided the tv is not working
