Good location but hotel needs a drastic makeover
Pros:

The only good point was the location.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Continental breakfast - no croissant, meats, cheese. Shame the lift wasn’t in working order. The en-suite was not well thought out - the toilet in the corner behind the sink which was sticking out -awkward.

Dated not very clean no WiFi , extra charge for newborn baby even tho we paid for a family room , id only stay here if y
Pros:

Good location , comfortable beds good size rooms, heater was available in the room ( but it had a missing leg)

Cons:

Very dated , shower was very dirty and flooded the bathroom floor, windows in bedroom wouldn’t close , , broken glass panels in a door in the hall way which didn’t look safe , we were very unhappy that we booked a family room even tho we were 2 adults and a new born baby and we were made to pay a £10 charge for the baby upon arrival, we decided to stay a extra night in Llandudno but booked a different hotel for a similar price a few doors down , there was also no WiFi in the rooms

Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

Literally everything else. It smelled bad. Was shabby. The mattress was probably 20 years old. The bed frames had been repaired with MDF sheets and there were screws sticking out. The curtains were pointless and filthy and hanging off the wall. There was a hole in the window. The shower was mouldy and the shower head was hanging off the ceiling. Drawers were broken and sharp. There was a generator noise on constant outside the room and it sounded like there was pigeons in the room. The hallway stunk of body odour and Mould. I asked for a cot twice but when I got back to my room to put my child to bed there wasn’t one. Although I’m glad. We left and went to another hotel that was £10 more but 1000% cleaner than this place. Not fit or safe for small children.

Pros:

View of sea, the gulls were funny at the window.

Cons:

Only one thing, a separate table for the kettle would be better. I had to plug it onto bedside table as flex would not reach anywhere else.

Perfect location and great price.
Pros:

It's cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff, meat free breakfast was good and perfect location.
Always upgrade here for a sea view room.

Cons:

You get what you pay for. You can't pay £40 bed and breakfast for 2 people and then complain.
Only issue, was all the fire doors were wedged open. This needs addressing by the owners. They are there for a reason.

Basic but you get what you pay for
Pros:

Perfect location right opposite the promonade and close to all amenities
Room was clean although very small but considering what we paid we can't complain on the space. Staff we met were lovely.

Cons:

Shower had 2 heads one above was not working so used the lower one but was very low and could not be raised. Took long time for water to leave the shower tray although the shower itself was Great temperature and pretty powerful.
