A minor issue but the stairs were quite steep and the stair treads quite small.

Loved to beautiful decor throughout the hotel, and outside relaxing area too. We liked fact the en-suite met our own standards at home(no grubby sealant around shower etc!)
We had been told months ago, we were booked on the 1st floor, but on arrival were allocated a 2nd floor. I struggled with the stairs, having a health issue l issue, but didn’t want to make a fuss so we never revealed this and accepted the room as only for two nights.

We loved this hotel. From the warm welcome to the continued positive customer service throughout our stay was second to none. Location was perfect as it is far enough away from the bars, restaurants etc for the peace and quiet each night but near enough to enjoy them during the day and early evening. The bar is nice, laid back and tastefully decorated as is the separate lounge area. The breakfast was nice and the staff are very friendly.
Maybe some coffee options e.g. latte , cappuccino and fresher pastries rather than prepackaged croissants and pan au chocolate especially for the price you pay.
Wonderful hotel in a great location run by extremely hospitable owners who had time for everyone. Facilities were excellent and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Despite being full, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with very efficient service. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Fabulous stay, very clean , staff friendly, excellent location for the town.
Only criticism and it’s just a personal preference, breakfast is served in a 1hr slot between 8:30 to 9:30 so everyone is in the dining room at the same time, meaning breakfast is a long drawn out experience.
The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice for every need! The hosts went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. The place was spotlessly clean and the decor and furniture was of a very high standard.
