Very nice stay
Pros:

Good central location with car park (parking is a nightmare in llan). Staff very friendly and efficient. Very clean and quiet. Excellent cooked breakfast. Would definitely return in the future.

Wish we'd booked direct though and saved a few quid :)

Cons:

No smart TV so limited viewing options. Continental option just standard for a 5 star..

The breakfast was excellent good choice . Very welcoming nothing too much to accommodate you .
Pros:

Not too big , good decor , clean , the hostess and her husband were very helpful and kind . Not too far to the centre of the town , quiet location.

Fab little gem in Llandudno
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in a quiet residential street literally 5 minute walk from the famous promenade.
Owners Dan And Wei are consummate hosts, always smiling and willing to help. You really couldn’t ask for more.
Fabulous rooms and all the decor throughout the accommodation exudes quality that you would expect in a top London hotel. Ample off road parking is a real bonus as well. A real little treasure.

Cons:

Nothing to see here, faultless.

This is a fabulous, spotless little gem of an hotel. Its beautifully decorated and maintained inside and out and there is parking for every vehicle which is a huge bonus in Llandudno. The hosts are absolutely lovely. We were greeted with warm smiles and welcome from Dan, she was informative and so pleasant. Her hubby cooked us the most divine breakfast the next morning. The rooms are comfortable, beds comfy and pillows great. The radiator turns on and off easily. Bathroom has nice products and is adequate. We had such a lovely stay and cant wait to return. It is very near to the town centre and sea front, its just perfect. Best stay ever in Llandudno - certain to return to this gem.

Just lovely and the sun shone everyday.
Pros:

Good choice. Interesting places to visit and if you are into Garden visiting go to Bodnant Gardens Conway.

Cons:

Nothing. As an elderly person on her own
It was ideal. the proprietor and her staff were aware of me as a person and not as another breakfast.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Perfect stay.
Pros:

Fantastic boutique hotel, rooms (and hotel) are beautifully decorated. Clean & spacious. On site parking is a bonus. Centrally located, few min walk to pier, shops & cafes. Breakfast is excellent. Hosts are so welcoming & friendly. This was our second stay and will be back. We highly recommend this hotel.

Polite, friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make out stay perfect. The breakfast was superb & the selection full English, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, smoked salmon & crumpets was plentiful & very tasty. The location to the shops & beach was in easy walking distance.

Nice friendly welcome and good carpark
Pros:

Good location near the great orme. Massive carpark so plenty of space to park.

Cons:

Room 11. When other pepleflush or have shower there was a loud pup or water noise. But only in morning so i slept fine.
