Comfy room, cleans beddings and nice location with a bar downstairs. Carpets were clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was well present: toast, beans, toast , mushrooms, sausage, pot of coffee with a choice of scrambled eggs and salmon or hard boiled.
Also presented were yoghurt, overnight oats, fresh fruit juices, fruits.
Staff were absolutely fantastic.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like. The place is lovely

Very nice but wouldn’t go back. Would try another hotel.

Very happy with it, suited us very well.

Classic and clean throughout, warm welcome,one of the best breakfasts ever had at a hotel,quiet location with an easy walk into town and sea front,having booked a standard twin room i was a bit worried, but it was very comfortable, hard to beat! So all good.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lansdowne House.
Pros:

Lansdowne house is a beautiful hotel, it is spotlessly clean.and very comfortable.
The breakfast was great, a good choice and well cooked.
The staff are very friendly. The location is excellent and the free parking is an additional bonus.

Our Anniversary weekend break
Pros:

The Lansdowne House Boutique Hotel was decorated and furnished to a very high standard, it was very clean and had a lovely atmosphere, the room my wife and i stayed it was very clean and the bed was comfy, we had a good nights sleep, private parking was also provided with the booking and the breakfast was really good, the staff were very friendly, also the hotel is in walking distance to Landudno beach and pier and shops and restuarants, i would highly recommend this hotel and we would book this hotel again

Perfection!
Pros:

We loved everything about the hotel. Dan and Wei were just the loveliest couple and made us feel so welcome. Everything was perfect and the breakfast was exceptional. Five stars doesn’t seem enough for The Lansdowne.
