Position,room,staff,breakfast and dinner.
Limited breakfast and dinner times however this hasn’t stopped us making repeat visits.
Right by the beach front, near everything. Just what we needed.
Excellent location for the conference center, beach and nearby shopping center. Super friendly and helpful staff. very affordable bar prices.
I would have liked a shower rather than a shower head over the bath. Single room was definitely adequate but possibly a little small.
The bedroom was comfy staff were helpful evening meal was absolutely delicious and breakfast was delicious
Very pleasant, clean hotel with helpful staff.and small car park.
Great location on promenade with overnight free parking and close to shops.
Vanity light in bathroom didnt work, so had to use main light with extractor fan at night.
Mattress was too soft, like sleeping in a hammock, so my back was aching the next day.
I have stayed in the annexe rooms and bed was good at the time.
Was told I could park in the car park, but on checking out was informed it cost £5!
They had sent emails after I booked, but as it was very last minute, I hadnt read them.!
Have stayed at the Winchmore several times. Before that tried four other hotels in Llandudno. Winchmore is the best and would always pick if possible. Staff friendly and professional. The evening meal i would highly recommend.
Nothing
Fantastic welcome and easy check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Brilliant location on sea front and near shops. Very tasty breakfast - help yourself to juice, cereal, fruit, yogurts and toast - cooked breakfast was made to order which meant it was nice and hot.
Nothing.
Location on the seafront but room overlooked side of building ..no view
Bed dipped in the middle and pillows were very hard
Staff and location
Not clean , no facilities for that price , no WiFi
Great location, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, fabulous view from the room and great breakfast couldn't ask for more
Nothing
The bed was very comfy the room.was clean the staff were very pleasant breakfast was very nice too
The furniture wasn't very comfortable in the lounge far too low to sit on it was not high enough
Great location with parking. Friendly staff
Stayed here loads of times as very good location and easy access to the annex room from the car park. Always clean and comfy. We’ve stayed different times of the year and always had a cosy welcome but this time the heating wasn’t on when we arrived and it was a very cold windy March day. Due to our disabled son not wanting to leave the room we were stuck and had to keep our coats on till 7 pm when the heating came on. The room opens straight onto the car park so not well insulated and no window to let the sun in so felt like a cold garage without heating. We were going to book an extra night as the weather was lovely but the heating or lack of it put us off.
Car park used to be free but now you have to pay.
No heating in room on arrival or in the morning.
