A személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt.
Ez egy jobb napokat látott szálloda,aminek megvan a varázsa. A fürdőszoba tiszta, de abban fürdèshez egy kàd van, aminek a lefolyójàhoz nincs dugó. A benne való tusolàs emiatt maceràs,nèha a vìznyomàs is ingadozott. A wifi jel a màsodik emeleten nagyon gyenge.

Il prezzo è troppo caro l'albergo necessita di una ristrutturazione perché stanze e arredi ma soprattutto i servizi sono scarsi
Buona posizione per visitare i dintorni. L'hotel sembra calato direttamente dagli anni 80 ma questo non è necessariamente un difetto, ha un suo fascino. Camera molto ampia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Check in disponibile dalle 15 ma se arrivate prima trovate la vostra chiave alla reception. Garage disponibile per la moto. Ristorante disponibile proprio a fianco dell'hotel.
Il bagno andrebbe ammodernato e la colazione ampliata con prodotti freschi

A historic hotel located in a beautiful town in the Dolomites. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant/bar located next door.
It needs a little TLC.
This was my second time staying here, and I returned because the location is perfect: quiet, peaceful, and still very close to the main attractions in the Dolomites. The building has a special charm and a unique, warm atmosphere that I really love. The staff is extremely kind, the breakfast is excellent, and there is a separate restaurant downstairs with fair prices and great food — a real comfort when you come back tired from a long hike.
As an honest, but constructive note: it seems that the property hasn’t received much maintenance or renovation lately. The mattresses feel overused, the carpet has a noticeable smell, and the facilities are outdated. During my two nights there was almost no water pressure, so showering was impossible....This wasn’t an issue last year, and I reported it to the staff. This place has so much charm and potential, it would deserve more care, and I truly hope it will get it, because I would love to return again.

De karakteristieke sfeer in de Albergo en de zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame, goed engelsprekende receptioniste. Daarnaast het goede restaurant, waar we lekker konden eten in de tuin.

The hotel was really amazing - since late 19th century, amazing architecture, internal design left in some places since this period. The lady on the reception was soooo nice, responsive and polite. She recommended us an event in the town that was impressive and unique by its nature. We were astonished. The hotel is not more than 2 min walk to the city center and places where you can spend some time and have coffee. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant, really delicious. And the breakfast was plenty enough and of good quality.
