Cleanliness and service
Entry to bath room is too high. Step to be provided
The two room suite was very nice and clean and the staff was quite responsive.
The hotel provides breakfast but has no other kitchen facilities. Customer has to order online.
A kitchen of their own will make it 10/10.
Its however in the market so quite a few options to eat along with online delivery

Worst property even stayed in my life time
The property is in a good location, close to many of the city attractions.
The door between the front hall and the bedroom did not have a way to keep the door open. It was a bit inconvenient for us as a family.
Rooms are very spacious, and clean. breakfast is limited quantity but taste was good. staff is very polite and helpful.
to access my room, need to take 2 lifts which is very tedious especially when you return with tiredness.
Location was Excellent. Breakfast was fresh and good. Staff was very helpful and prompt.
Would have preferred a small Fridge in the room. Helps to store food and medicines.
Value for money. Decent suite room with a living and bedroom with 2 bathrooms was a good deal for the price.
Some bath fittings can be fixed which were leaking.
The cleanliness was on point along with the the easy check in. They also provided me early check in at no extra cost. The hotel was also at a prime location with good transportation facilities nearby.

Nothing really
1. Bathroom bath cubicle had no sliders and water splashes all over the room
2. No complimentary Coffee/ tea to make a cup in the room.
3. No attached restaurant any food order will be brought from outside.
4. Room line were not very clean
5. Sink was loose and rattling, The faucet was twisting at the base...
6. Rooms are very high for the facilities available at the hotel
7. Complimentary breakfast had only plain bread, butter jam for those intrested in continental breakfast
