The location of the property is just perfect. Amazing room, amazing cleanliness and a great place to have breakfast dinner lunch.
They were unable to process my credit card via booking.com as it costed them 2.5% of the transaction cost. Asked me to pay via link or come physically to the hotel 1 day before to make the payment and confirm my reservation.

Don't book during wedding season, because the whole hotel reverberates with any loud music happening in the banquet. Its horrible. One can't sleep in the rooms, can't sit anywhere. Inevitably, we had to find a cafe stay awake and return at midnight with some hope that the room is quiet enough to sleep.

This is situated near mangala Devi temple , Manjunath temple and near by supermarket is available
Always bad smell from the bath room and the taste of chicken dishes are horrible kept in the buffet break fast

Location
I visited the hotel and requested a room in order to change quickly before returning at the time of my reservation. I was charged 15,000 INR for an early check-in, which in reality amounted to only five minutes needed to change.
Later, after finishing my meeting and returning to the hotel, I took a shower and, upon stepping out, realized there were neither towels nor a hair dryer in the room. I informed the staff, and it took them 30 minutes to bring clean towels and a hair dryer. While the towels were clean, the hair dryer was extremely dirty.
Upon departure, I settled my bill and paid for everything I had consumed from the minibar and in the room. However, the following day, the hotel contacted me claiming that a drink had not been included in the bill, despite the fact that, at the time of payment, I was told it was already covered. They are now requesting an additional transfer.
After all the inconveniences caused during my stay, it is unacceptable that the hotel could not extend even a small courtesy to the client. Instead, they have gone as far as to suggest through WhatsApp that I was the one causing the inconvenience. This is simply unreasonable.
I will not be returning to this hotel, and I strongly advise others not to stay here either.
