Poor maintenance with cobweb in the room.No drinking water with no kettle was provided.Cleanliness was literally not there.The centre table along with the fan was dusty too.T.V didn't work.Not at all recommendable at this much price.Delux room was a mockery literally.Very much disappointed ☹️

Pros:

The location is the best part of this hotel, there's a bus stop just infront of the hotel where KSRTC buses stop. It's very convenient

Cons:

Cleanliness like the kettle can be replaced with new ones, there is no smart TV option like these are basic amenities that are good in other hotels at the same price.
