Not impressed with what was offered
Pros:

Nothing..breakfast was arranged in next door restaurant which ok.

Cons:

Beds were broken, toilet were wobbly, no basic facilities in hotel like ironing and daily towel or sheet changes etc.

All'arrivo la prenotazione, confermata e pagata su Booking, non risultava e l'hotel era pieno.
Dopo mezz'ora, ci hanno dato una camera che evidentemente non era destinata agli ospiti, veramente angusta, scarsamente areabile e con canoni di pulizia e ordine discutibili.
Solo al terzo.giorno, dopo nostra richiesta, è stata pulita.
La porta non si chiudeva e se per caso ci riuscivi, poi non si apriva.
Abbiamo.comunque avuto la sensazione che le altre camere fossero migliori

Para una estancia sencilla y personal amable.
Pros:

Es muy céntrico, bien situado si quieres estar en el corazón de Marrakech, a 1 min de Jeema LFna. Es un alojamiento sencillo en el cual para pasar una o dos noches dispones de lo básico y necesario. Personal amable y servicial.

Cons:

Al ser tan céntrico se oye el ambiente de la calle.

Pros:

O hotel não propõe luxo, mas compensa com um atendimento excepcional!!! Os funcionários são muito amáveis e disponíveis. A localização é perfeita. Na rua do hotel podemos encontrar tudo e fica a apenas 3 minutos a pé da praça principal. Voltaria sem qualquer dúvida pela simpatia do pessoal!
