When we arrived, we didn't get the room we reserved, we got a small room with one towel and a very bad smell. The next day it was raining and the room was leaking, so we changed 2-3 rooms in 4 days. Very dirty rooms, small bathrooms with poor ventilation, broken wardrobes! The whole hotel and the rooms felt damp. Apart from the location and the correct staff, there is nothing nice to say about this hotel. Very bad experience. Pictures attached.

La ubicacion perfecta, a 1 minuto de la plaza. El gerente super amable y soluciono todos los incovenientes que tuvimos de manera amable y diligente

Cons:

El hotel esta en obras, las habitaciones no estaban adecuadas para dormir, sabanas no muy limpias y tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitacion ya que en la que nos habian ubicado era imposible dormir ni dos horas seguidas debido a que no habia cortinas entraba la luz y el ruido era terrible.
El hotel estara bien una vez terminadas las obras, ya que la ubicacion es perfecta, y la amabilidad y hospitalidad genial.
Pero no es muy compatible una estancia alli a la vez que se reforma el hotel y menos con niños en familia.

la ubicacion excelente y la amabilidad de los empleados. Situado cerca de la plaza, con todo a un paso andando.
El trato del gerente sobresaliente que intento con amabilidad paliar el deficit de la instalacion.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos faltaba una habitacion de las que habiamos reservado. Que era para tres personas (aunque finalmente dos no viajaron ) pero solo nos dieron una habitacion para uno y nos cobraron por los tres.
Aunque el gerente soluciono la falta de habitacion, cobraron por tres lo que solo uso uno.
El hotel estaba en obras, con el consiguiente perjuicio , gente trabajando a todas horas, suciedad de pintura ,polvo, ruidos.....no muy compatible con unas vacaciones

sehr zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal; ruhiges Zimmer (auf oberster Etage); wenn man ein schlichtes Übernachtungsquartier sucht, ist man hier richtig - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

aktuell Baustelle (sofern es jemanden stört); Zimmer recht dunkel (nur kleines Fenster zum Innenhof)
