Séjour agréable et excellent.
Pros:

Hôte accueillant, agréable et bien équipé sans aucun manquement. Très propre. Il y a le wifi, la clime et la télé. Il y a tout qui marche dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux avec plein de choix : c’est un buffet à volonté illimité. Service au top.

Chambre devenue inutilisable à cause d’un grave problème de plomberie non résolu.

Super hotel mais, j’ai euh un problème de plomberie Le personnel a été poli, mais cela n’a pas compensé le fait que la chambre était inutilisable en raison d’un grave problème de plomberie qui n’a pas été résolu.

Cons:

Les toilettes de la chambre se sont complètement bouchées. En tirant la chasse d’eau, les eaux usées remontaient par la douche, rendant la salle de bain inutilisable et dégageant une forte odeur d’égout dans toute la chambre. Malgré l’intervention du personnel, le problème n’a pas été résolu. Aucune autre chambre n’était disponible et aucune solution satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les toilettes ni prendre une douche dans notre chambre.

Cadre agréable pour un séjour à Marrakech. Personnel irréprochable, petit bémol pour le buffet pdj côté hygiène.
Pros:

Le personnel accueillant, réactif et disponible.
Emplacement idéal.
Situé à proximité des commerces et de la place Jamaa El Fna.
La climatisation fonctionne bien.

Cons:

Le buffet petit-déjeuner varié et sur la terrasse. C’est super !, mais le problème : pas protégé des insectes qui s’invitent dessus et en grand nombre et c’est impressionnant.
Sur les deux matins au petit-déjeuner je n’ai pris que des boissons et des œufs durs qui étaient à l’abri. C’est dommage car le buffet est appétissant. Peut-être penser à mettre un buffet vitré pour des raisons d’hygiène pour rassurer les plus pointilleux comme moi qui travaille dans la santé.

It was a good place, the staff members were helpful and kind.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the price was affordable. Hassna, the hotel clerk was very helpful and kind, she arranged a taxi ride for me to the airport at 2:30 am and provided other useful pieces of information. Every worker was friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this place.
