Pros:

Nos encanto la ubicacion, a 5min de la plaza principal y sin callejear. Fueron amables en darnos algo de desayuno para llevar ya que teniamos que salir pronto por una excursion.

Cons:

Las camas algo incomodas, una de ellas bastante dura, ademas nos falto una manta para una de las camas. Bastante ruido por la proximidad a la plaza principal, importante llevar tapones. Igualmente el trato fue muy bueno por parte del personal

Kleines Stadthotel mit freundlichem Team
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Man ist einerseits schnell am Flughafen und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass der Jamaa und die Souks fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Hotel Team Abdel, Noheala und Midi sind super freundlich und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte ich nicht erwartet.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut (März 2026) das war nicht ersichtlich bei booking. Mir hat es nichts ausgemacht, aber das ist schon eine heftige Einschränkung, gleichwohl haben die Bauarbeiten (Lärm) nicht gestört, da auf Ruhezeiten geachtet wurde. Wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind, wird das ein nettes kleines Stadthotel.

Lits confortables, accueil sympathique, très proche des lieux touristiques.

Cons:

Hôtel très difficile à trouver avec une grande difficulté pour stationner. État général de la chambre passable. Petit déjeuner médiocre, logement rapport qualité prix décevant.

Cons:

L'hôtel est en travaux, le bruit très tôt le matin, de la pourriture sur les meubles et la saleté générale de la chambre. Le toilette qui fuit partout dans la salle de bain.

CAREFUL !! ACHTUNG !! Besitzer verweigert jegliche Korrospondenz mit Booking.co. für Entschâdigung!!! Er hat unsere Buchung anvenommen obwohl.er wusste ,dass er sanieren wird !! An Tag 2 wurde das Hotel entkernt ,quasi vom.Keller ,Rezeption und später sogar Trepoenhaus ABGRISSEN ,!! Und verweigert nu jegliche Rückzahlung.Ich habe ihn beim.Tourisgoberment gemeldet.Wenn man alte Rezzensionen liesst ,geht das mit Mangelleistung ( Hochkommender Kot in Dusche u.v.m) scho seit Jahren so.Er baut auf kassieren ,stur stellen ,nächste Gäste,alles ,,Gastfreundliche,egal..Das arme Personal versucht alles aufzufangen ( oder sind Verwandte mit extrem gutem Schauspieltalent...)

Rubbish. I left even though I new it would be hard to get my money back

When we arrived at the hotel, only one of the rooms was provided. We were informed that the second room was unavailable due to flooding, and no alternative room was provided.

The one room we were given was not in an acceptable condition. There was dirt on a pillowcase and dirt on the bathroom floor. There was a frosted window into the hallway with no curtain (meaning the hallway light repeatedly woke us during the night.) There was no hot water, and an insufficient number of towels was supplied. There was no soap, only small sachets of shampoo. There were loose cables hanging from the wall, which posed a safety risk. The hotel entrance door was open the entire time we stayed, also posing a safety risk. The inner entrance and hallway stunk of cat urine. The paint was peeling on the walls, tiles were cracked and the bathroom door was rotten, the bathroom mirror's frame was broken, the sink was cracked and the bathroom cabinet door was hanging loose.

Due to these issues, we checked out the next morning and found another hotel. I asked for a refund for the nights we didn’t stay and for the room they never provided but both the hotel and booking.com haven’t replied to my emails

Cons:

March 2026 - the hotel is undergoing renovation. Dirt on the floor and in the air. It's impossible to sleep in such conditions. My wife and I couldn't sleep, and the cough and runny nose were a reaction to the dust from the renovation floating in the air. Why does Booking.com offer such rooms?! I lost my money and my health. I checked in at 11:00 PM and had to stay there the first night, but I escaped and I recommend it often!

these are not conditions for people and even animals!!!!

Pros:

Le personnel a été attentif à nos demandes et a trouvé des solutions quand nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude en fin de journée en réglant le problème dans le journée. Il s'est aussi chargé de la réservation du taxi pour le trajet retour jusqu'à l'aéroport.
En période de ramadan, nous allions prendre notre petit déjeuner tout à côté dans un riad, à partir de 8 h 30, ce qui était un peu tardif les jours où nous partions en excursion. On a nous a fourni un petit déjeuner à emporter le premier matin (yaourt, pomme, banane, petite bouteille d'eau) puis permis d'y aller dès 8 h la deuxième fois.
Situation idéale, à 2 minutes de la place Jamaa El Fna, dans une rue piétonne très animée le soir.

Cons:

L'adresse fournie ne correspond à la localisation de cet hôtel, donc gros en problème pour le "pick up" des excursions : nous devions donner la localisation exacte, parfois très tard la veille au soir, ce qui a été une source de stress.
Il faut absolument qu'elle soit modifiée, surtout pour les voyageurs qui utiliseraient leur propre GPS.

Cons:

This hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with renovation work continuing all day long, making noise like jackhammers throughout the building. My room was riddled with mold, the shower didn't drain, and the bathroom was flooded with several inches of water throughout my stay. The air conditioning didn't work, and the TV had no sound. Soundproofing was nonexistent. The room where the reception desk should have been is now a construction site, making it impossible to contact the staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs; it's a nightmare

Personnel gentil et souriant et serviable.
Emplacement top.

Cons:

Photos non conformes au site. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le Riad d'a côté, beaucoup plus vétuste, des gros travaux en cours dès le matin (non préciser lors de la réservation) pas d'accès au rooftop, pas de Wi-Fi pendant la semaine. Salle de bain non conforme aux photos. Moisissure sur les murs de la chambre, présence de cafards , excréments de chats sur le palier de notre chambre.. Nous avons pu nous rendre dans le riad indiqué sur les photos seulement pour le déjeuner..
