Il personale è disponibile ma la gestione non è attenta alla pulizia, fornitura di prodotti per la camera (es. asciugamani, sapone). La cosa più grave è stata trovare le pulci nel letto.

On a adoré
Pros:

Super emplacement a côté de la place jemaa el fna et surtout a côté des départs en excursion.
Il y a des restaurants à proximité. Il n' y a pas de bruit extérieur malgré la proximité des commerces.
Les lits sont top et il y a la clim dans les chambres.
Le personnel est au petit soin

Cons:

Il manque juste un petit frigo mais c'est juste mon opinion.

We booked two separate rooms at this accommodation, but unfortunately the actual condition of the accommodation was completely different from what was described and advertised.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the accommodation was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The beds, bed linen and pillows were very dirty and covered in stains. There were even body hairs on the beds. The bathrooms were also extremely dirty and not in an acceptable condition.

There was also a very unpleasant and strong smell throughout the accommodation. In addition, basic amenities that should have been provided were missing, including soap and toilet paper.

Because of the poor hygiene and overall condition of the accommodation, we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. We could not sleep there at all and stayed for no longer than approximately one hour. We had no choice but to leave and immediately look for alternative accommodation.

It was really hard to find another hotel on the same day, but we eventually found a better hotel that was suitable for us, but this resulted in additional costs and a lot of inconvenience.

Considering the price we paid compared to the quality and condition of the accommodation, we feel that it was absolutely not worth the amount we paid. The accommodation did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort and was clearly not as described on Booking.com.

We didn’t get our money back, we paid for nothing…. They didn’t want to give us money back…. Even score 1 is too much for this hotel!!!

Séjour agréable et excellent.
Pros:

Hôte accueillant, agréable et bien équipé sans aucun manquement. Très propre. Il y a le wifi, la clime et la télé. Il y a tout qui marche dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très délicieux avec plein de choix : c’est un buffet à volonté illimité. Service au top.

Chambre devenue inutilisable à cause d’un grave problème de plomberie non résolu.

Super hotel mais, j’ai euh un problème de plomberie Le personnel a été poli, mais cela n’a pas compensé le fait que la chambre était inutilisable en raison d’un grave problème de plomberie qui n’a pas été résolu.

Cons:

Les toilettes de la chambre se sont complètement bouchées. En tirant la chasse d’eau, les eaux usées remontaient par la douche, rendant la salle de bain inutilisable et dégageant une forte odeur d’égout dans toute la chambre. Malgré l’intervention du personnel, le problème n’a pas été résolu. Aucune autre chambre n’était disponible et aucune solution satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. Nous n’avons pas pu utiliser les toilettes ni prendre une douche dans notre chambre.
