Pros:

Un hotel con mucho encanto. El servicio de los recepcionistas fue excelente y muy atento. La decoración es muy bonita y cuidada, el desayuno adecuado y la ropa de cama muy cómoda. Destacamos también la limpieza, la tranquilidad del hotel y la buena relación calidad-precio.

La cama era muy cómoda, y la habitación amplia. El personal muy agradable. Pero le faltan muchas cosas para ser un 5 estrellas.

Staff were very helpful with booking taxi to bus and ensuring we had their contact number if getting lost in Medina .

La ubicacion y el desayuno muy completo. Habitacion amplia

Cons:

El pago tuvo que ser alli en efectivo, contaba con que saliese de la tarjeta previamente como siempre y fue imposible conseguir cash. Tuve que crear una cuenta Paypal para pagarlo con recargo de comision
La descripción de la hab. Por la que pagué más Es “triple con terraza vistas al jardín” y resultó ser la peor. Sin nevera ni caja fuerte y NO tiene terraza, es que la hab se encuentra en el piso superior, por lo cual sube cualquiera de día o de noche (acceso público) y lo oyes todo. no es jardín, solo hay tumbonas y macetas. Mejor estar en el piso bajo con más privacidad, sin tener que subir la maleta tantas escaleras y más barato
El desayuno muy completo pero se hace abajo y el encanto hubiese sido en terraza (donde no tendría que estar esa habitacion por la que cobran más)

Maravilla en Marrakech
Pros:

Su comodidad, tranquilidad, el desayuno es abundante y variado. La piscina es ideal para refrescarse.
La atención de los 3 chicos que gestionan el hotel es maravillosa desde el minuto uno hasta el final. Disponen de un WhatsApp donde te atienden cualquier duda al instante.

Tutto era semplicemente eccezionale. La posizione strategica e in un vicolo anche se non frequentato molto sicuro anche la sera tardi. La struttura oltre ad essere splendida è pulitissima,con ogni tipo di comfort. Camere con arredamento tipico,,noi abbiamo avuto l’unica camera sul terrazzo ed era stupenda,al rientro dal tour nel deserto abbiamo pernottato in un’altra camera altrettanto meravigliosa. Colazione super,una mattina dovendo partire presto ci hanno preparato un sacchetto con la colazione che era sufficiente anche per il pranzo. Lo staff più che disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte(uno dei ragazzi del Riad ci ha accompagnati al taxi alle 3 del mattino!) Super consigliato e senza dubbio se dovessi tornare a Marrakech soggiornerei lì.

Cons:

Doesn't feel private. Riad is small and staying at the ground floor is like having people at your door constantly. Dodgy neighborhood. There are better offers in Marrakech
