Parfait équilibre entre l’animation recherchée de la médina et la récupération nécessaire
Pros:

Emplacement proche du centre touristique mais au milieu des habitants. Le calme des nuits. Ils sont en train de refaire toutes les allées autour, ce sera comme neuf. Personnel agréable et calme.

Traditional Riad with helpful staff
Pros:

The Riad was traditional with well kept rooms. We were warmly greeted by our hosts with Moroccan tea and sweets. The rooms were pretty with Moroccan artifacts and well maintained. The staff were very helpful. We had an
early morning flight to catch so they packed breakfast for us and also arranged a taxi for us.

Cons:

It was difficult to find the location. Our uber driver dropped us off at another part of the Medina and insisted that we just had a few feet to walk. However, when we got down we found that it was a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction. It would be helpful if there was a land mark provided( the Medina gate) as the drivers map showed a different location.

Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Well-presented and maintained property. Very clean. Staff were most helpful, especially Hussain. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Exceptionally quiet. We arrived early and had an evening flight. We were allowed access to our room during these times.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was perfect for what we required.

Wonderful Riad!
Pros:

The guys who worked the front desk and the breakfast were extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating. They were also very dependable for arranging taxis, and organizing anything O needed. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. This riad is great for solo female travelers as I felt very safe. The riad is easy to find and the location is perfect - near everything in the medina. I highly recommend Riad Merzouga! Thanks guys!

Cons:

The wifi is not great, but it's not important when you consider how great this place is. Go ahead and book this amazing riad!

Un hotel con mucho encanto. El servicio de los recepcionistas fue excelente y muy atento. La decoración es muy bonita y cuidada, el desayuno adecuado y la ropa de cama muy cómoda. Destacamos también la limpieza, la tranquilidad del hotel y la buena relación calidad-precio.

La cama era muy cómoda, y la habitación amplia. El personal muy agradable. Pero le faltan muchas cosas para ser un 5 estrellas.

La ubicacion y el desayuno muy completo. Habitacion amplia

Cons:

El pago tuvo que ser alli en efectivo, contaba con que saliese de la tarjeta previamente como siempre y fue imposible conseguir cash. Tuve que crear una cuenta Paypal para pagarlo con recargo de comision
La descripción de la hab. Por la que pagué más Es “triple con terraza vistas al jardín” y resultó ser la peor. Sin nevera ni caja fuerte y NO tiene terraza, es que la hab se encuentra en el piso superior, por lo cual sube cualquiera de día o de noche (acceso público) y lo oyes todo. no es jardín, solo hay tumbonas y macetas. Mejor estar en el piso bajo con más privacidad, sin tener que subir la maleta tantas escaleras y más barato
El desayuno muy completo pero se hace abajo y el encanto hubiese sido en terraza (donde no tendría que estar esa habitacion por la que cobran más)

Maravilla en Marrakech
Pros:

Su comodidad, tranquilidad, el desayuno es abundante y variado. La piscina es ideal para refrescarse.
La atención de los 3 chicos que gestionan el hotel es maravillosa desde el minuto uno hasta el final. Disponen de un WhatsApp donde te atienden cualquier duda al instante.
