Flot indretning. Morgenmad på værelset ! Lidt koldt i januar, men det var jo vores eget valg, ikke hotellets skyld. Ligger perfekt ift Jardin Majorelle !
Pool large rooms.
Slightly out of town.limited breakfast
bel emplacement, personnel accueillant, piscine agréable, petit-déjeuner copieux.
quelques détails de propreté à améliorer.
This is a beautiful and quiet hotel in a great location.
Excelente!
Staff was very kind and helpful; breakfast by the pool in the december sun was very pleasant; appreciated the fruit available in our room upon arrival.
While you could consider it a more than decent stay for a low tarif, it is terrible considering the pricing (we payed around 330 euros per night). Bad position in a big chaotic street outside the medina (traffic/carriages/taxis..) - although the block just behind the hotel is a nice residential one.
Pay attention to the position: it's just outside Jardin Majorelle and close to the North side of the medina, so that majors medina touristic points are 30-40 min walk away
Everything was perfect❤️
Friendly, helpful and attentive staff for which I am very grateful.
I have travelled extensively over my working life (over 90 countries), including in Morocco. Considering the very high price i paid for my 6 night stay. I can only, honestly share my disappointment at what facilities were offered, including a very modest breakfast at what turned out to be an extortionate price for my stay. I was forced to make a slight modification to my arrival (brought forward by 2 days) and departure day (shortened by a day) and the additional cost was shocking, a total spend of GBP 1798.00. I would class this hotel modestly as a two star one, but priced as though it was a 5 *. A year earlier I stayed in a 5* hotel in Tangier for considerably less for a true 5* multi dimensional experience with outstanding facilities. Excuse my honest review.
Stylish and chic boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant and best showroom we ever visited. Despite exceptionally bad weather we had a great time at Moro.
It’s very minor thing but we did’t have a trash bin in our room. Looks like part of their concept with great service and everyday cleaning but it was a surprise for us.
Beautiful and stylish apartment, super quiet in the night. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Also, a delicious vegan breakfast was prepared for me - thank you for that! We would definitely recommend staying at Moro to anyone if you want to have a peaceful oasis to rest. Also, the Moro boutique is fantastic!
On Christmas Eve we also received a small gift from the hotel: the argan oil from and incense sticks their brand the Marrocans (you will have a chance to try their products as they’re in the rooms too, I loved the Atlas Honey body lotion)
Nothing
I cannot begin to say enough good things about Moro. We had the most phenomenal 3 days over Xmas there (they even left us a Xmas gift!). The staff are quite simply exceptional. So friendly, so helpful, nothing too much trouble, they made us feel like we were the only guests. The room (a big family suite) was beautiful, so clean, so classic. Had it have been warm we would’ve used the private terrace and the hotel pool, but sadly the rain was constant. The breakfast was hand delivered to the room each morning and so fresh. The location is calm and excellent for the Jardin Majorelle, plus many superb restaurants within 15 min in the Ville Nouvelle (new town). It truly felt like an oasis of calm after a day of the hustle and bustle (which can be overwhelming) of the Medina. But close enough to walk-it took 30/35 min to walk to Le Jardin Secret from Moro on foot. Although the happily booked taxis for us when needed. We had lunch there on the first day and it was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It’s not cheap by Morocco’s standards but reasonably priced compared to the UK. Moro is probably my most favourite hotel i have ever stayed in!
One tiny thing- there are no hooks anywhere, not in the bathroom or bedroom- nowhere to hang a coat or hat!
It’s gorgeous, comfortable and the service couldn’t be better.
The hotel is perfectly located. The employees are all super great. The boutique is very nice too.
