This is a beautiful hotel a short distance from the old town by taxi. The pool area is very well looked after and relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful. I stayed for a week with my adult daughter, we explored the old town, visited Jardin Majorelle and had some wonderful meals out in the new town. I would certainly stay here again.

Très bon emplacement, très belle suite avec son petit extérieur privatif et petite piscine privative, tout est bien décoré, propre.
Petit déjeuner limité, pas de buffet, on commande à la carte. C’est limité en quantité.Ils auraient mieux faire pour le prix payé.

Ce lieu a énormément de charme et est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’espace piscine est très agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner. PLe personnel est aux petit soins, avec une mention spéciale à Marwan. Les problèmes sont réglés rapidement, nous avons eu des difficultés avec la climatisation la première nuit, et nous avons été immédiatement changées de chambre et upgradées. Le Service est impeccable. Les produits dans les salles de bain sentent très bon et sont de bonne qualité. L’hôtel dispose d’un joli concept store avec de très beaux vêtements, parfums, crèmes… dans lequel il est agréable d’aller se balader. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.
Il y a beaucoup de tapis dans les chambres ce qui est très joli mais ils sont assez poussiéreux. Étant asthmatique c’est une chose à laquelle je suis sensible.

Nothing, as we preferred to seek an alternative accommodation on the spot rather than spending one night in this place.
Accommodation is completely different from what was advertised.
I booked this property entirely based on the photographs and description displayed on Booking.com, trusting that they accurately represented the accommodation, including the hotel itself, the garden, the pool, the surroundings, and the area where it is located (very dangerous place at night as I was harassed by 3 men while trying to locate the hotel, which has no sign or no lights at night).
When my mother and sister arrived at the hotel on the morning of July 10th, they intended only to leave their luggage before check-in. Instead, they found a property that bore no resemblance whatsoever to what had been advertised or described in photos. The property was filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected.
Among the most serious issues:
The swimming pool presented an obvious health and safety risk, with broken and uneven tiles that could easily cause injury.
Outdoor furniture was broken, rusty, dirty, and stained.
Sun loungers were covered with heavily stained mattresses (birds or rodents excrements mostly)
The entire property appeared neglected, unhygienic, and poorly maintained.
My sister was briefly shown inside one bedroom. There were already several people inside the room, which made her feel uncomfortable and prevented her from properly inspecting or photographing it. We believe this was a deliberate attempt to discourage photographic evidence. She also reported a strong unpleasant smell inside the room and a small pool filled with stagnant grey water. Once again, the interior looked nothing like the photographs published on Booking.com.
This accommodation was fundamentally different from what had been advertised and paid for.
This holiday was intended to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, and the booking cost almost €1,000. Instead of creating a memorable family celebration, Booking.com allowed it to become an extremely distressing experience as we had to seek an alternative.

The room could need some TLC, and especially the roof terrasse and the cousins were quite dirty. That goes for both our rooms. We stayed there 7 nights which is quite a lot in Marrakech, but a bigger variety in the breakfast would have been appreciated.
My son and myself enjoyed the property .
