I would choose this really nice and chick riad again. And staff made our stay in Marrakech even better experience.
Pros:

I highly recommend staying in a riad rather than a regular hotel, as it offers a much more authentic experience. Riad Le Saaddien has a fantastic location, a beautiful and stylish ambiance, and extremely kind, responsive, and trustworthy staff. We felt completely safe and at home — we even left our rooms unlocked and spent late evenings socializing on the rooftop, where they kindly served us tea, olives, and crackers even after midnight without us having to ask.

Cons:

At night, the water pressure is low, which makes showering difficult.

Pretty facilities but disorganized/poor customer service
Pros:

Clean and pretty riad located in a historical part of the medina, within walking distance to many notable sights. Rooms are spacious.

Cons:

The hotel staff is VERY friendly and kind, but extremely disorganized and not responsive to communication to the point where it made our stay difficult.

We were given instructions to have our taxi drop us at Bab Laksour gate and walk to the riad (3 min walk), which is typical for riads in Marrakech. Once we got to the gate, we messaged the riad so they could dispatch someone to help with our bags. This is also typical for riads to help with the bags, but especially important for us as we had an elderly person in our group. No one answered the official Whatsapp for over 10 minutes, so we asked our driver to call the riad. They answered immediately and said they would send someone. After another 10 minutes of waiting in the taxi during the heat of the day, we got out and started walking with our own bags. We got all the way to the riad and still no one had come to help. At the riad, we were greeted by a staff of at least three relatively young men and one woman, and there were no other guests at the time in the lobby. No one apologized or explained why no one had come to help us navigate the path from the gate to the riad.

We had similar issues trying to coordinate a taxi in the evening. We had communicated we would need a taxi for 3:30 am, but later decided we wanted to go earlier for 2:30 am. We were told there would be someone at the reception at all times, but in the middle of the night the reception was unattended and no one responded to messages or calls on Whatsapp. We waited close to an hour before finally reaching someone.

Nuevo y bonito hotel en la kasbah
Pros:

Es bastante nuevo, el personal es muy amable, y fueron muy atentos, nos dieron agua y un detalle de bienvenida. La terraza es muy agradable.
El desayuno es también muy rico. Y te pueden preparar comida y cena.

Cons:

Faltan algunos detalles como, lámparas de lectura a los lados de la cama, hay poca iluminación. Tampoco hay buena iluminación en el baño. Falta acondicionador para el pelo y bodymilk. Y estarían bien unas alfombritas a los lados de la cama.
En la habitaciones de la planta baja hay bastante ruido.
Son pequeños detalles que harían la estancia más cómoda.

Un séjour parfait, dans un magnifique Riad avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Si je devais choisir un mot pour résumer ce séjour, ce serait PARFAIT. Tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, les chambres sont d’une propreté remarquable, un grand merci aux femmes de chambre. L’emplacement est parfait, c’est très calme la nuit. Il suffit de dire au taxi BAB Laskiba, et le Riad est atteint en même pas 2 minutes à pied. Sinon, à 10 minutes à pied de la Place Jema El Fna. Le petit déjeuné est divin, et varié d’un jour à l’autre ! Nous avons également pu dîner au Riad pour notre dernière soirée et c’était un très bon moment !
L’extension du Riad nous a comblé ! Le Rooftop offre des transats, un espace de repos et même des chapeaux pour se protéger du soleil ☀️ ainsi qu’une magnifique vue sur la Koutoubia !
Le personnel est toujours disponible pour booker des activités, des restaurants et nous conseiller !
Un merci tout particulier à Imane qui a été disponible en tout temps, et aux petits soins pour nous. Un GRAND merci à tout le personnel, plus particulièrement à Abdel et à Anas qui ont été d’une gentillesse infinie, et qui resteront gravés dans nos cœurs.

Skvělé a tiché ubytování
Pros:

Velmi hezké a tiché ubytování. Vynikající poloha v malé a tiché uličce na okraji Mediny. Mimořádně skvělý, vstřícný a profesionální přístup ze strany personálu. Personál byl opravdu velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Opravdu jsme se zde cítili jako doma. Obzvláště příjemné byli bohaté snídaně na krásné terase s výhledem na střechy Mediny a pohoří Atlas. Doporučujeme každému pobyt zde.
Very nice and quiet accommodation. Excellent location in a small and quiet street on the edge of the Medina. Extremely great, helpful and professional approach from the staff. The staff was really very helpful. We really felt at home here. Especially pleasant were the rich breakfasts on the beautiful terrace with a view of the roofs of the Medina and the Atlas Mountains. We recommend everyone to stay here.
