Man kann das Hotel im Großen und Ganzen empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage in der Stadt, wie in Afrika üblich.

Cons:

as Früstück war nicht akzeptabel, es gab keine Marmalade oder Honig. Das Diner war dagegen gut. Es hang vielleicht auch daran, dass vor uns eine größere Gruppe vor Ort war,

Cancrlled my booking on the day amd blamr Booking.com

We bookef 3 weeks in advance
ON THE day of arrival at 11:15 I get messaged that they can not honour our bookimg as it is not available , blaming booking.com luckuli I found other accommodation!
Just dont book them

No big towels, no soap in room. I had to ask for it. Bed too small for me and my wife. Bed cracking with every turn...duvet not big enough for us to comfortably toss and turn

Adequate as a stop-over hotel.
Pros:

Quite basic, but value for money. Efficient waitress.

Cons:

The room had not been cleaned. The door would not close. Once closed we could not exit. Had to call staff to rescue us. The alternate room they gave us was much better, The towels had stains on rust water stains. Replacement 'clean' towels had the same stains.

7h15, dining room table with filthy wine glasses and empty wine bottles. No breakfast on serving table. Pathetic. No coffee or milk ot sugar in room. No toiletpaper in room. Filthy pillow. Food not good.
Too name a few....will not recommend.

Pros:

Lovely staff. All friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Really uncomfortable bed. Needs replacing badly.
The steak was terrible. Like eating chewing gum. About three quarters gristle. The chef tried to do her best with it but couldn’t turn gristle into meat.

We had a wonderful stay with friendly staff. A memorable and enjoyable experience overall!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was secure parking available. At check-out, one of the staff members met us at the gate, and we ended up having such a lovely chat that we all completely forgot I still had to pay! I only realized this about 20 km into our trip. Since we were traveling without cellphone roaming, I could not contact them immediately to explain my accidental “dine and dash” moment. They were extremely kind and sent me a very polite message once they realized the oversight. As soon as we had a stable connection, payment was made. I really appreciated their patience, humor, and understanding of the situation!

Cons:

There was an issue with the bedside lights. When I switched them on, sparks came from the connection, which was a bit concerning at first. After checking, I noticed that the connection between the two bedside lights had been secured with insulation tape that had come loose. I mentioned it to the staff the following morning, and I am confident they will have it fixed promptly.

A wonderfull experience for a great price.
Pros:

Very friendly and gracious atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Great location. Very good value for money. Easy to find and check in. Very nicre room with bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Excellent service. Will stay there again.

Cons:

The wifi dipped every now and then so lost signal couple of times. The water in the shower was barely warm.

Fantastic newly renovated hotel, not to be missed. A gem in the desert.
Pros:

There was a lot of negative views with regards to this hotel, but I can assure you the hotel as recently been refurbish and is in tip top condition the room are decorated lovely and the whole complex was clean tidy and all recently modified, we was stopping by fir one night but we enjoyed the place and staff so much that we stayed fir another night. Great service continued.

Cons:

Only a small thing but the hotel sign at the end of the street needs either removing for repaired and or replaced
