Great location - Simple and efficient property!! VFM!!
Pros:

I loved the location. My main criteria was near Railway station (a 7-8 min walk), yet in a decent area - next to City Center Mall. Hotel is well built, with parking and easy road access. Local travel is convenient since rickshaws ply through the night. FYI, I walked at 1 AM in the night from station to hotel - and it was on well lit roads coming to a main part of the city. Staff is ever attentive, parking was a breeze.
I got a 3-bedded room which was perfect for my requirement.

Great place to stay in the city, close to bus stop and railway station.
Pros:

It is centrally located so a lot of restaurants are at a walking distance

Cons:

Parking space is limited but they have a very good valet service

Well located and comfortable with helpful staff
Pros:

Well located close to the city centre mall and 15 minutes walk from central station. Clean and modern room. Staff were very helpful

Cons:

Location was incorrect on Booking.com and Apple Maps, which caused some stress after a long train journey. The hotel is actually 100m south of Citycentre Mall

Parfait pour un passage à Mangalore
Pros:

Hotel d'un bon confort, chambre de taille suffisante pour deux personnes, et plutôt propre et confortable. Nous avions une chambre à l'arrière donc plutôt calme et en plus l'hotel est au fond d'une cour. Plusieurs restaurants de poisson à une vingtaine de minutes à pied.

A place we will return, on our next visit!
Pros:

Check-in was smooth. Room was spacious. Bathrooms clean and dry. Though the hotel was located near a fairly busy street, it was quiet inside. There are plenty of places to explore. All quite near. We walked around. The bus stops to other towns and cities is at a stone’s throwaway. Quite a few eateries around.
A few days prior to our trip, we received a few emails, asking us to complete a form and submit it, supposedly from Booking.com on behalf of the hotel. We contacted the hotel. They confirmed it to be a fraud. They took prompt action. The emails stopped.

Pleasant stay with good staff hospitality
Pros:

The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was good. Should improve in the requirements
in the toilet.
The comfort of the room can be improved for the money I paid. Room service can be improved

Cons:

The pathway into the hotel is narrow.
The signage of the hotel is difficult to notice from the road.
