Cet établissement ne devrait pas se présenter comme un hôtel.
Lors de mon séjour, j’ai constaté de graves problèmes : absence totale de chauffage, aucun veilleur de nuit ni personnel présent, bruit important et allées et venues à partir de 4h du matin.

À cela s’ajoute l’absence d’ascenseur, alors que les chambres sont en étage, ce qui pose un réel problème de sécurité en cas d’urgence.

Après mon séjour, j’ai malheureusement découvert que de nombreux avis négatifs mentionnent exactement les mêmes problèmes (insécurité, nuisances, vols), ce que je n’avais pas vu avant la réservation. Ces avis confirment totalement mon expérience.

Les conditions réelles n’ont rien à voir avec ce que l’on attend d’un “boutique hôtel”. Je déconseille fortement.

L'accueil est courtois ; la décoration du rez-de-chaussée est soignée. La chambre était propre. L'emplacement est très satisfaisant.

Cons:

Nous avons été déçus par la chambre, exiguë, le lit contre un mur, en dépit du supplŕment "chambre double supérieure". Nous avions sollicité une chambre au dernier étage, au calme. Nous étions au 1er étage, sous les aérations des climatisations et chauffages. Les ronflements dans la chambre voisine, occupée la seconde nuit, furent particulièrement désagréables.

Cons:

room is tiny, moldy bathroom, very very thin walls every 2 seconds a door gets slammed and you can hear the neighbour in next room talking and peeing!
Staff is not the nicest, we arrived early and staff didn't even bother to check if room is ready, at check-out the lady insisted in a rude demeanor that payment was not done until I insisted she check again

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil charmant pour cet hôtel de famille. Deco simple mais soignée.

Petit déjeuner buffet très chouette. ( grande variété de produits / cake Mzison différents tous les matins )
Patio / jardin très agréable pour le petit déjeuner.
Emplacement idéal car tram à côté

Cons:

Lampe murale mal positionnée par rapport hauteur du lit . ( .. je me suis cognée la tête plusieurs fois ).
