L'ambiance de l'hôtel. Les aménagements faits avec beaucoup de goût. Le jardin terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Le journal La Provence à disposition. Le personnel très serviable. Hôtel de charme à recommander.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol, l''absence d'ascenseur comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels du centre je suppose Mais on vous aide pour les bagages.

Clean, good location, nice staff, comfortable bed and bathroom, breakfast outside in the shade.

Cons:

"The walls of this hotel are paper thin" (Leonard Cohen). There was quite a lot of noise coming from the echoing hallway, and especially from neighboring rooms. Earplugs helped me sleep.

Refus de donner ma chambre

J'ai réservé une nuit dans cet hotel, finalement en appelant pour savoir comment se passait le check in, l'hôtel m'a annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de place, seulement un lit simple, alors que j'ai réservé pour deux personnes. Il était 23h, je me suis battue pendant 1h au téléphone, il faisait nuit, je n'avais pas d'autres solutions. Finalement on m'a trouvé une chambre avec deux lits simples.

Séjour agréable à Marseille.
Pros:

Hôtel à fort potentiel, apparemment en cours de rénovation. Une petite cour intérieure permet de prendre le petit déjeuner; les chambres sont climatisées et l'hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville de Marseille et proche du métro et du tram. Les patrons sont très sympathiques.

Cons:

Absence d'ascenseur qui peut compliquer les choses si on a des gros bagages et qu'on a une chambre au 4ème étage.
