Man ist gleich in der Altstadt und die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Werde auf jeden wieder hin gehen.

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart das ist das einzige wo ich ein Minus Punkt gebe

Das jugentliche, ausländische Personal war freundlich und hat sich um uns bemüht. Ansosten waren wir zufrieden und können das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider konnte uns niemand bei der Bedienung des Fernsehers helfen, bei dem keines der öffentlich rechtlichen Programme einstellbar war. Da an diesem Abend ein für uns interessantes Handballspielübertragen wurde, waren wir sehr enttäuscht!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Schon der Kontakt vorab war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Einchecken am Ruhetag über den Schlüsseltresor hat reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das hervorragende Frühstück - lecker, hübsch angerichtet, absolut ausreichend und mit schönem Emaille-Geschirr serviert. Obwohl das Hotel keine Sterne-Klassifizierung hat, steht es anderen Hotels in nichts nach. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und man hatte alles was man braucht. Gerne haben wir abends auf der großen Terrasse gesessen und das Essen war immer lecker ( besonders zu empfehlen sind die Rippchen). Die Chefin und Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das die Klimaanlage nur läuft, wenn man im Zimmer ist. Wären gerne zum Schlafen in ein runtergekühltes Zimmer gekommen.

Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmte nicht annähernd - alles in allem etwas enttäuschend.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es war abwechslungsreich, allerdings kein Obst dabei .Die Speisen a la carte
( 2 x 2 verschiedene Gerichte) waren qualitativ mangelhaft, namentlich das Fleisch. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmte hier absolut nicht. Für eine zusätzlich erbetene Soße wurden 3,20 Euro extra berechnet.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung war spartanisch, 1 Stuhl im Doppelzimmer, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung / Wäsche ...
Im Fernsehgerät konnten mehrere nicht empfangen werden - das war in der Sylvesternacht besonders ärgerlich,
wenn man die Sylvesterveranstaltung und das Feuerwerk , nicht wie geplant im RBB empfangen konnte.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage war unschlagbar.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Bedienung zum Frühstück sowie abends im Restaurant waren sehr nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Einzige Minuspunkte waren die Stockflecken an den Gummis der Duschtür und dass im Fernseher nur 4 Programme zu empfangen waren

Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage. Zimmer sehr geräumig und hell.
Wir konnten schon eine Stunde vor dem Check in auf unser Zimmer, womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten.👍
Frühstücksauswahl sehr vielfältig und lecker.
Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
