Gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage unweit vom Hafen war gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ging, das Büffet war schlecht organisiert und schlecht zugänglich, und hat uns sehr gestresst.
Im Zimmer waren Bettwanzen, deshalb sind wir nur 1 Nacht von 2 geblieben.
Das Personal hat leider langsam reagiert, und wir haben leider nach 4 Wochen noch keine Erstattung bekommen.

Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, so dass der fehlende Fahrstuhl kompensiert werden konnte

Cons:

Leider ist kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Treppen steigen ist für älter Menschen nicht immer leicht.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Zur Neige gegangene Speisen wurden aber leider nicht wieder aufgefüllt.

Älteres, mit viel Charme geführtes Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top Lage mitten in Lübbenau, der Kahnhafen ist in Fussnähe. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude für €5/Tag. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Lage des Hotels im Zentrum, daher alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatzmöglichkeit gleich ums Eck.
Insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Würden sofort wiederkommen.
