Pros:

When I checked in, an employee helped me to take my luggage into the room.
Breakfast lady was very nice to me.
One evening I wanted an ice cream, but all the stores were closed, so the staff allowed me to order an ice cream in the restaurant and take it to my room.
My room was cleaned every day.
Alternative entrance for people with a room key is convenient.

Cons:

It wasn't clear that the hotel reception is at the bar stand. It was stressful for me trying to find it.
The water in the shower was not hot enough for me.
The reading light in my room did not work. Room n. 6.
First morning I woke up from loud voices in the hall, sound isolation is a bit poor. Next nights I used earplugs and it helped.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Zentrum von Lübbenau. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut.
