Soggiorno stupendo dall'inizio alla fine, staff super attento e cordiale.

Colazione fantastica, e fresca di giornata. Staff super attento, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessaie e sempre gentili e sorridenti. Una bella esperienza in una struttura nuova e fresca con la vista sulle montagne

- pulita , ben posizionata, accogliente, design moderno ma caloroso e ben attrezzato

nell’appartamento in cui eravamo la temperatura, secondo me non era giusta per i -10°, e la notte -15 che erano..
La proprietaria ci ha detto che i riscaldamenti essendo ad acqua erano stati spenti dagli ospiti prima di noi quindi l’appartamento si era raffreddato, secondo me dovrebbero mettere uno split o un impianto di riscaldamento più potente per scaldare in maniera più adeguata e più veloce velocemente l’appartamento.
Oltre a questo, credo che si potrebbe specificare meglio sul sito che solo due appartamenti sono muniti di sauna sui terrazzi, perché nella prenotazione avevo capito che anche il nostro fosse un momento di sauna.
Ma tutte cose tranquillamente risolvibili.
