The location is excellent, particularly for late flight arrivals. However, the overall experience did not reflect five-star standards.

Despite having checked in online prior to arrival, we were kept waiting an excessive amount of time due to a cancelled flight, with those passengers being prioritised. After a 10-hour journey, the prolonged check-in process was extremely frustrating and poorly managed.

On reaching our room, we discovered the kitchen was closed. Travelling across time zones meant it was effectively dinner time for me, and for a five-star hotel, the lack of late-night dining options was disappointing. While the staff did arrange some nachos and cheese, it took over an hour to arrive and the quality was underwhelming.

Overall, the location is the standout feature, but the service and organisation fell well below expectations for a hotel of this rating.
