Disappointed being double charged

Cons:

My room mate was overcharged of double charged. After contacting the hotel an investigation and response was promised but none has been received after 10 days.

used to enjoy staying there the double billing really irritates as now have to sort that out.
Cons:

The menu and food from the Aero Restaurant was not good, it was expensive, cold and totally unappetising. Shame they have reduced the bar menu much better
I have also been billed twice for the one stay

Our flight arrived close to midnight, hence our booking to the closest possible hotel. No one let us know when we booked
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and no travel required to reach it.

Cons:

Very poor instructions and signage to get to the hotel. Unless you are a frequent Melb airport visitor, it was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel.

It was such an enjoyable little holiday and we all relaxed and had a great time.
Pros:

I loved the closeness to transport and the view from our window. The staff were friendly and checking in was easy. The welcome on the tv screen was so cool!

Cons:

Having to go home. When all the new work is finished, it is going to be even better!
