Staff were friendly, comfortable beds - and a generous breakfast.
The bedroom window wouldn't shut.
Breakfast was great. Room was very nice but Husband had to be careful not to hit his head on the beams.
There was no lift and we were on top floor, but the owner did offer to help with our luggage.

All Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Wendy was excellent and made us very welcome. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and was enjoyable. Hotel was ideally situated for Morecambe marathon.
Whilst the room we stayed the Gerrard Room was immaculately clean and comfortable and had a very good shower, the bed was not quite as comfortable as we would have liked.

We were welcomed by Carolina who was superb and very helpful and efficient. our room was perfect, warm and comfortable. Dinner was very good.
Although the service and food at breakfast was good, we did not get what we asked for. We did not complain at the time because we had to be on our way, This was the only black mark on our stay.

The staff were excellent. Service at dinner was slow but they were very busy and there was only one waitress who was worked off her feet but still cheerful. It was nice to have a bath in the room.
The room was overheated and we couldn't turn the radiator off.

No double glazing so my room which faced the road suffered from a bit of outside noise.
Really nice comfortable hotel. Just of the sea front in a quiet part of Morecambe ,, fabulous views of the lake district two minutes from the hotel , very friendly staff , the food was really good. ,,rooms were clean ,,well worth a visit

Location close to the sea front and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Public areas attractive and welcoming.
Room was a little worn around the edges, though still attractive. Rooms in the eaves are a bit short on headspace e.g. in bathroom. Carpet would benefit from a clean. Towels were due for replacement. Car park across the street works fine but needs to be better signed.
