Pros:

Great hospitality from the owners and staff. Very considerate of your safety and experience here on the island - super helpfull. Rooms had plugs next to bed and strong fans. 10/10 location. By the way the hammocks in the middle are really nice. You can tell they put a lot of love into this place

Cons:

Maybe a little noisy because you're in the middle of town. Just general street noise depending on what room you're put in but I wasn't too bothered by it - Considering the location and services for the great price you pay

Pros:

Really good location just a couple of minutes from the port. Friendly staff, nice hammocks, clean bathrooms

Cons:

They didn't offer breakfast when I was staying there, but lot's of good places just a couple of minutes away to get food

Would be nice to have a small locker in the room for valuables

Pros:

I loved the vibe, colors, hammocks and common areas. The hostel is super central in the town and easy to arrive at and leave to Ometepe. The owners were very nice and had a good breakfast

If you're looking for upscale, this isn't it. Okay place at a fair price.
Pros:

Location was good in the middle of Moyogalpa. Close to stores and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Optional breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Loud. My room backed onto the street with cars and motos passing loudly until midnight and starting again at 0500. Dogs barking too. Floor hadn't seen a mop in ages; my feet stuck.

Pros:

Good ambiance, clean bed linens, spacious and beautiful common area. The place was very welcoming. I felt at home right away and extended my stay from 2 nights to 5 nights. Mosquito nets in every window. The breakfast was wonderful.

Okay for a short stay if you’re looking for something close to the ferry.
Pros:

Good location next to the ferry.

Cons:

The staff was hospitable but not friendly. The room was very dirty, particularly the bathroom sink and shower.

Pros:

The best hostel kitchen I've ever seen
Wonderful staff that went to extra efforts to accomodate ones needs, they were eceptional
And the overall atmosphere was overall warm, artsy and, comfortable.
The location being walking distance to the ferry climates the need to pay for a ride.
You're exceptional guys ! ! !

Good value, old school vibes
Pros:

Excellent value for money and great location if looking to be near the port. The staff were so lovely. It had the vibe of an old school hostel, which I loved and almost crave after many years of traveling. Bonus points for the help I had checking in when I arrived a tad hungover.

Stay here!
Pros:

I loved everything about this hostel. The location, the colors, but especially the people. Juana and Annie went above and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. They helped answer questions, make recommendations, and made me feel most welcome. They all speak very good English which was appreciated as my Spanish is very bad. They helped me book day trips. They even walked with me around the town showing me some of their favorite spots. The room was clean and large and had a fan that worked really well. The breakfast and smoothies are wonderful. Great locations right by the ferry port. I recommend this hostel 100%
