Good stay but could have been better for the premium price they charge
Pros:

Location, maintenance of property, amenities. Spa service was great, gym and equipment were excellent. Servers and housekeeping staff were well mannered. Rooms were comfortable. View was good.

Cons:

Front desk and check-in process was unorganised and chaotic. One front desk guy was rude, named Bhavik. Lacked basic customer service. Looked like they have more managers than staff who actually works. Overall hospitality was good. Dinner service had only one person waiting tables snd he was overwhelmed. Italian food options weren’t great.

Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Delhi. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, and I loved the unique local vibe of the hotel. Thank you for a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable short stay in the hotel. Price is at medium high range, but value for money.
Pros:

We spent one night to cover transit through Delhi airport. Everything was good here. Bed mattress was a bit softer than what I prefer, but everything was very comfy. Helpful and polite staff. All-in-all very good experience. Wish we had more time to spend there.

Cons:

The only thing was that the electric water pot for tea was not working. That was not a problem because there was an alternative Nespresso machine with pods. Suggest the hotel to have a small mini-mart type corner as you find in many hotels in the US, to buy items like chocolates, various snacks to satisfy craving for junk food since there is no convenience store nearby.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful suite and wonderful breakfast! Very quiet hotel with many rooms. Gym is well equip. Nicely located close to airport however there is no shuttle (can use uber safely)

Excellent experience as always in this hotel. Staff is always the best here. My work involves staying in hotels a lot, however I feel the staff here is always outstanding.
