Our family recently stayed at the Andaz Delhi in Aerocity, and to put it simply: everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free.
Warm Hospitality & Thoughtful Perks
Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Andaz made it so much easier. Since we had a late check-in, the management generously allowed us a complimentary very late check-out, which was incredibly helpful for the children. To top it off, they provided an additional bed completely free of charge. This level of flexibility and care is rare and highly appreciated.
Fantastic Amenities
The property features two excellent swimming pools (a big one and a smaller one for kids). The pools were fantastic, but what really stood out was the peace of mind provided by the staff. There was always a wonderful, attentive lifeguard on duty who was incredibly kind and professional (I unfortunately forgot his name, but he deserves immense credit!).
Superb Breakfast (Pro-Tip Included!)
The breakfast spread was absolutely superb with endless delicious options.
💡 Quick Tip for Future Guests: If you are staying over the weekend, make sure to go early for breakfast! We stayed on a Sunday and went a bit later; it gets incredibly crowded as external guests come in for the breakfast buffet too.

The absolute highlight of our experience, however, was the exemplary service provided by Mr. Deepak Verma (Director of Sales & Marketing). Mr. Verma went completely out of his way to be helpful, ensuring our family had everything we needed for a memorable stay. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were remarkable. A leader of his caliber is truly a phenomenal asset to the Hyatt Group and the Andaz brand. It is because of professionals like him that guests become loyal for life.
