Overall I was not that impressed. I usually like Hyatt hotels around the world. This one felt unwelcoming, sterile, uninteresting. The lobby felt like an airport or something - uncomfortable and dull. Overly minimalist, nowhere comfy or inviting to hang out. The outdoor and pool areas were under construction or something and were unpleasant. We couldn't find a place to eat easily and when we did find a restaurant it was not pleasant, felt like a cafeteria, so we ordered room service. We got very bad food poisoning which may have coloured my opinion of the hotel - it's hard to have a positive impression of a place where you've been so unwell! Room and bed and bathroom were nice enough but not as good as other 5 star hotels. For example, poor quality slippers...
It was overpriced for the quality - other 5 star hotels near the airport are far superior. I can't say for sure that it was the food here that gave us serious food poisoning- but you know that gut feeling? Yeah - it's my gut feeling that is was. Overall Hyatt left a bad taste in the mouth on this stay. I won't be coming back.

Proximity to the airport and the buzz of Aerocity with good variety of shops, cafes and bars. Staff were very attentive and their gin is excellent.

All over very bad experience, i take my package in brekfast but me and my family in brekfast last seat with backless and serve not food all over only some food in first floor beacuse i and my family visit many hotel branch fortune, ITC, Trident and etc. But very bad experience in THE ANDAZ by hyatt
