Excellent hotel, I will stay here again.
Pros:

The staff are so attentive and accomodated all my requests. Comfortable and quiet room with good facilities. Location so close to the airport. I had an excellent massage at the spa. I enjoyed the breakfast and other meals. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

The checkin process took too long. Please improve this, the hotel needs more people on the front desk.

For Rooms at the rates charged i cannot think of booking again in Andaz
Pros:

The staff are found very courteous . The food was awsome . The breakfast also well served snd spread was good .

Cons:

The rooms are very ordinarily made particularly Room 303 which was alloted to us . No proper locking arrangement in toilets . Shabby wardrobes just kept . Shabby dining table huge size kept in front of sofa which also shows lack of interior planning . No proper sitting . The vharge point far away from beds one side arm length and other side had none . In short the room looked like an ordinary dhaba hotel room . I deeply repent having booked in Andaz . The reception has no proper sitting . The grandness if name Hyatt has gone down the drain .

Pros:

I stayed at the Andaz with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The location, staff, and facilities are all great. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with kids.

The breakfast was excellent. When my kids were unable to make it down to the restaurant, the staff kindly packed breakfast for them to enjoy in the room. The rooms are fantastic as well; they provided us with a room that was perfectly suited for a family.
