Pros:

There are two hotels in the two different names one Hotel O Raas and the second Swastik Residency at the same address as M 113 . I was booked for Hotel O Raas but when I reached there I came to know that this guy is running a hotel in two different names to defraud the booking app and to save tax from the government.

Cons:

Very dirty, yellowish and bad smell in the room.

Horrendous.
Pros:

Person who called me was super rude and very unprofessional.

Cons:

After I made the reservation I dropped them a message of my arrival time. Their team called me and demanded more money than it said for my booking dot com reservation. He said we can’t give you the room for the prices according to the reservation voucher. He later then asked us to cancel the booking from our end. He was very rude.
