was clean, big and value for money
In the first room ac not working, they took 45 min to change the room
Comfortable near New Delhi railway station. The room had excellent air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and sufficient storage space. The hotel staff responded quickly whenever I requested assistance. Great value for money.
Price was reasonable
It was nothing like the pictures or the descriptions in the reviews.
Our first room was very noisy and not clean (the bathroom sink was dirty, and there were signs of mold behind the door). We also couldn’t get a reliable internet connection in that room. The staff moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which was slightly quieter. However, it still wasn’t very clean, and overall, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.
We stayed for only one night and had breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was just okay and was served in the room, as the hotel does not have a restaurant. It seems that there is ongoing construction, and hopefully it will help improve the quality of the rooms and the hotel overall.
My overall experience at Krishna is excellent, Room are neat and clean they have maintained very well, Food was delicious special mention to staff for their exceptional service.
