Nothing to like about this property. The 4 star rating is fake.
Unkept property. Cockroach infested room allocated. Not clean. Old and worn out towel. Poorly maintained bathrooms. Road facing room very noisy. We took 3 rooms for my family. In one of the rooms ACI did not work for a day. In another room fan regulator was not working. Hotel located in a shabby area of Old Delhi.
Nothing, totally terrible
Everything from staff, room, no cleanliness, terrible smell. Something as little as teabags were not provided. Also the two receptionist were the worst people ever. They have the absolute attitude as if they are paying us to stay and not vice versa. For any issues with our rooms, they just said take it or leave it. For basic services, the answer was still no, took 2 hours for just one tissue roll.
