Better than expected-rooms are great - staff are so helpful
Pros:

The room was so tidy and the reception staff were so helpful -location is good but it’s hard for uber to reach it alittle bit -beside it so adorable restaurants and the street is so safe and full of life

Cons:

At first they gave me another room but when asked they replace it with a great one -the room needs a small refrigerator this is the only missing thing

Not so great experience - bad locatuon, unhelpful staff, basic and substabdard facilities
Pros:

Rooms were reasonably big

Cons:

Bath roon cleanliness, shower did nit work properly. tv did not work most of the times and pretty outdated.

I had booked a twin room and the staff said it wasnt available and booking.com optiom doesnt mean much. They promised to change the room but never came back

Area was very commercial and conjested. Not a good area to stay with family

I would may be pay more and choose a nicer area next time.

Good but location and surrounding very uncleaned
Pros:

All pics whatever shared in app are all polished and location very horrible may not be recommended for professionals. All staffs are good

The room allotted first had AC leakage and the flush was not working. But they changed to a better room

The location was not good. Access was through narrow dirty lanes. Also room had cockroaches running around

Pros:

Hotel located in Paharganj, 2 minutes to NDLS, 5 minutes to metro. Everything is near - food, market, But inside room it was quiet. Good location, peaceful stay.

Pros:

Room was clean and location

Cons:

They have charged 500 per person for breakfast and in breakfast they only give you one aloo paratha, tea/coffee or puri sabji, tea/coffee. No buffet system. Only they will make you fool and they don't give you complementary water bottles. If you purchase they are charging 35rs + gst means 40rs a bottle whose original cost is 20rs. Also they don't give basic amenities like toothbrushes, body lotion etc

Look elsewhere and dont let the pics deceive you.
Pros:

The location and the size of the room were ok.

Cons:

The room provided did not match the images displayed on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I found the room equipped with a bucket shower, and the overall property appeared worn and uninviting.

Furthermore, I left behind an important article of clothing. I wore this item during my flight to Delhi, and it was missing upon arrival at my next destination. Given this timeline, it was certainly left in the room. However, the hotel claims it was not found.
