Poor stay at Hotel Worth

We didn’t enjoy our stay at Hotel Worth which we never would have expected with the reviews. We arrived at the hotel 5 hours after check in opened and the hotel had asked us earlier in the day when we would be arriving so they were aware of this. When we were taken up to our room it was still being cleaned and we had to wait outside it for 10 minutes for them to finish which was frustrating that this couldn’t have been communicated to reception before we were taken up. Despite the fact the room had just been cleaned, it was filthy. Someone’s sandals had been left in the room, the bed sheets were old, worn and dirty. Both the white bed sheets and towels were more grey than white, there were dead flies under the pillows, the bathroom was dirty, the lid of the toilet was broken and the window had been left open with the lights on so there were lots of flies in the room. When we came back from getting dinner, the reception staff advised that we had been given a free upgrade although I’m not sure if this was to excuse the fact that the room hadn’t been ready but I dread to think what our original room would have been like if what we had was an upgrade. Thankfully we were getting picked up early in the morning for a tour so we were able to wait until we got picked up to sleep.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of the Main Bazaar area of Dehli

Our stay at Hotel Worth was simply outstanding. Pinto and his team were absolutely fantastic—friendly, incredibly hospitable, and always ready to help. They even went out of their way to help me watch the Belgium vs. Spain World Cup match late at night by setting up a local Indian streaming app. That level of service is truly exceptional!

The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the busy Main Bazaar area of Delhi. After the hustle and bustle outside, it was the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ll definitely be coming back before our flight home. Highly recommended!

Don‘t go with family!
Pros:

Pittu at the Front desk tries to do his best to make the Best out of it, and pushes for good Feedback

Cons:

Probably the worst and dirtiest place in our india Trip. Rooms smell of cigaretts, bath is full of mould. After room change it was better, but still dirty. Surrounded by red light Bars, our Kids got a cultural shock at the end of our trip

Very well located lots of street food options and shopping places nearby..hotel also upgraded us to bigger room thanks to Mr Pinto who made sure all our requests were attended to promptly overall good value for money
