Pros:

stanza spaziosa e pulita, con colazione inclusa. Sen ci ha aiutato con noleggio bici e scooter, tutto ad un prezzo onesto. Ci ha anche fatto lasciare gli zaini dopo il check-out.

Pros:

住宿感覺整體來說很好。
屋主推薦了一間平價又好吃的餐廳Tien Phat。

Cons:

隔音不佳，04：00就被雞鳴吵醒，不知是不是Tien Phat那間餐廳養的雞？
06：00又被經過的車聲吵醒。

Pros:

The location is perfect, a 15 minute walk to tam coc town. Based on a quiet street with friendly locals serving nice food at their restaurants.
Breakfast provided both days, pancake on day 1 and eggs on toast on day 2.

Falls ich in der Gegend bin, werde ich wiederkommen!
Pros:

Ich bin in der Nacht angekommen und habe die Hotline über WhatsApp angerufen.
3 Minuten später wurde ich erstmal in die Gebäude gelassen, weitere 3 Minuten später durfte ich schon in meinem Zimmer einchecken, um 5 Uhr morgens. Vielen Dank dafür!
Die Lage war ruhig, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr sauber.
Aber am meisten hat mir das Bett gefallen, ich habe so gut geschlafen, wie bisher noch nicht in Vietnam.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen.

民宿一家人很友善, 以這個價位還提供早餐, 性價比高

Cons:

英語溝通有些困難, 只有民宿男主人會講英語, 但有時候他不在, 最好自備翻譯軟體, 因為那時候還沒有找到好的翻譯軟體, 所以常常沒辦法好好溝通, 得到所想要的答案

- Sehr gut gelegen, Tam Coc innerhalb von 15min zu erreichen. Sehr viele gute Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe
- Sehr freundlicher & hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Auch der Rest der Familie ist sehr nett.
- Zimmer sind gross
- Zimmer sind sauber und Betten bequem
- Wi-Fi ist stark
- Frühstück ist gut
- Wir durften noch die Toilette nach dem Auschecken benutzen, als wir auf den Nachtbus warteten

Cons:

- Die Bettdecken und Laken hatten ein paar Flecken, waren aber gewaschen.

Très bon séjour pour des gens qui n’accorde pas trop d’importance au ménage
Pros:

Gérant tres sympathique. Eau chaude et très bonne pression. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Choix uniquement de petit déjeuner c’est dommage. Et gros bémol sur la propreté

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy life ❤️
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, bedding smelled awesome, bed was super comfy, breakfast was delicious, the whole family goes above and beyond to make people feel happy and at home, beautiful and cheap food around, you can rent bikes for 50k a day and go anywhere you want. I would have loved to stay forever!!! We got to Ninh Binh early and we were able to check in right away, and also check out later due to our bus schedule. Thank you so much for having us and make us feel so loved.

Pros:

Everything was perfect, we could have checked in 4 hours earlier since our bus arrived early in the morning. We also rented motorbikes for an amazing price and washed our clothes. Everyone was kind. I really recommend!
