Pros:

personale gentile e discreto , homestay tranquillo in zona tranquilla non in centro ma a 20 minuti a piedi o 5 in motorino dal centro a 700 metri dalla stazione del BUS (noi siamo arrivati con uno sleeping bus), colazione molto semplice ma accettabile ( uovo pane caffe , e frutta)

Cons:

aggiungerei un succo alla colazione, per il resto mi sono trovato abbastanza bene, bisogna sempre anche valutare il costo 11€ a notte

Dont stay here! Very rude staff! Especially a lady with infant!

Of all the good things, the bad things , bad behaviour, bad staff gesture ruined the stay completely

Cons:

The staff! Host's wife made us wash the kettle. Imagine you are in a country to see the culture , and this is how people are treating guests and tourists!
We had asked for kettle to boil the milk even before using it, however even after that at the very end when we had to check out and the bus was standing for us in front of the gate, host's wife made us wash utensils we used which delayed the departure bus and we missed a day of our trip!
Very disappointing staff!
I will never recommend this stay just due to staff behaviour! Very rude towards tourists.

Sen es muy amable y nos permitió dejar las mochilas todo el dia y asearnos por la tarde al ir a recogerlas. La habitación es senzilla pero cumple con todo lo necesario y tiene muy buena relacion calidad precio.

Mình vừa có một kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt tại homestay ở Ninh Bình và thực sự muốn quay lại lần nữa. Không gian ở đây yên tĩnh, gần gũi thiên nhiên, rất thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi và “reset” lại năng lượng. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được chăm chút kỹ, tạo cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Chủ homestay cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mình trong suốt thời gian lưu trú. Buổi sáng thức dậy giữa khung cảnh núi non xanh mát, không khí trong lành thật sự rất dễ chịu. Nếu bạn đang tìm một nơi vừa chill, vừa đẹp mà vẫn ấm cúng thì mình nghĩ đây là một lựa chọn rất đáng để trải nghiệm khi đến Ninh Bình.

Очень хороший homestay! Я провела здесь замечательное время.

Хозяева - невероятно добрые, гостеприимные и заботливые люди. Чувствовала себя как дома благодаря этой прекрасной семье.

Комната была очень чистой и уютной. Постельное бельё свежее, белоснежное, всё аккуратно и ухожено. Видно, что хозяева внимательно относятся к чистоте и комфорту гостей.

Большое спасибо за тёплый приём, заботу и гостеприимство. Я очень благодарна вам за прекрасный отдых и с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова. Искренне рекомендую этот homestay всем путешественникам!
