Gemoedelijk en chic.
Pros:

De locatie is prachtig. De kamer met zicht op de tuin en vijver was comfortabel. Het sanitair heel goed. Het eten was prima en het personeel aardig en behulpzaam. De sfeer is gemoedelijk en ook een beetje chic.

Cons:

We moesten wel even op muggenjacht. De kamer rook een beetje muf, dus het raam meteen open gezet. Gelukkig was er een horraam, maar deze bleef wat haken in het onderrail.

Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Frühstück (persönlich für jeden Tisch, kein Buffet) war völlig ausreichend. Wir wurden jeden Tag gefragt, ob wir noch mehr brauchen. Die Lage ist gut, man kann von dort aus schöne Touren durch Friesland machen. Der Personal war immer freundlich. Auch wenn es nur indirekt zur Unterkunft gehört, aber das Essen dort im Restaurant ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde unregelmäßig gereinigt (Handtücher gab es aber immer wenn man sie brauchte), das Fliegengitter muss dringend repariert werden.

Het eten (diner) was voortreffelijk!
Geen lopend buffet als ontbijt maar een goede afgepaste hoeveelheid en variatie voor de hotelgast.

Cons:

Ietwat gedateerde uitvoering van de badkamer (verhoogde vloer ivm afvoeren), smalle doorgand bij de douche, maar de bedden waren prima.

Prachtige omgeving
Pros:

Leuk authentiek hotel en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, aardig en gastvrij personeel

Cons:

De waterdruk in de douche was laag en er was geen afzuiging in de badkamer
Er is geen airco of ventilator, dus het zou wel eens warm kunnen worden hoogzomer

It was ok but the noise would discourage me to come back.
