One of the few options to stay close to Skydive Thailand
Pros:

There is no breakfast option at the hotel, but you can grab some food and coffee at one of the 7-eleven near by. The main reason of staying in the hotel was to participate in a training at Skydive Thailand, which is a 30 Minute walk away. You can rent a scooter at the hotel. The hotel manager speaks English and a few words of German and French. Always tries to be helpful.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for my taste. One night there was a kind of fight in the next room. After I knocked on the door, the guys kept it down. This hotel is not like a resort. You stay there travelling through of because you need a place to stay in the area. Internet was ok.

Good price for what you get.
Pros:

The location is verz convenient because it's not far from the Main street. And there are a lot of restaurants and 7/11 and so on. There was enough parking and it was quiet at night. We slept on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. I just think it might be important for some people. The room was big enough, with a small fridge and TV. Air con was working very well.
